Hi, Hello, Buenos dia oh and Feliz Ano Nuevo since this is my first post of '09.  Big hugs to all, even monkey's well and ill. 

I've been lurking at work and only post at home.  I don't ahve anything to add, I just wanted to say that it's good to know LE has more (per Oz's OH) than we think they do, that lines are drawn and that Boo is here to give us hope.  Yeah, the store front funeral home may be all they can afford, but it's still sad.  If an anonymous benefactor can float them enough money to stay at the Ritz, you think they'd do more for Caylee.  Just sayin'...

I think the PI's should lawyer up and yeah, I'm with the other monkey who wants a flow chart.

I also resolve to stay on topic this year.    Thanks to all mods and everyone here for their insight, patience and humor.

Hi everyone, i have no idea of the latest updates.  Can someone in a quick nutshell tell me? Has the As been arrested yet?  Love Lucinda

Hey Lucinda -- I came out of lurking to say hello.  Currently, there is a hearing to determine whether Zeneida's attorney can depose KC on Monday or even before the criminal trial.  Baez does not seem to be faring well.  This afternoon there is a hearing before Judge Strickland to limit Baez from selling the photos of Caylee deceased.  The PI Hoover came forward yesterday to tell all that Dominc Casey did know on November 15 that Caylee was deceased and he know where the body was.  Hoover went with Dominic Casey on the 15th and 16th to the site where Caylee was found and there was a video turned over to John Allen and Nick Savage.  Hoover says Dominic Casey went back to the scene two additional times without him after November 16.

Thanks Lucinda -- I forgot one big thing -- yes, the defense performed a second autopsy on or about January 2.  They still don't want to release the body for burial -- Dr. Lee was hard to really understand -- he wants the photos and xrays and all testing done on the body before they want the body released.  Does not make sense if they are actually doning their own testing.  Go figure.

Great analogy. And, how many other grandparents stop working and instead hold out their tin cup for donations for six months after the child goes missing. These people are nothing more than users and may even be complicit. They are despicable.IMO
