Janet I agree with you = any footage the divers themselves took is likely long gone.

However - the names of those divers are still very important, IMO.

I agree and ... Jossy Mansur's son could reveal that information.

Hotshot just emailed this to me from Jossy.  Hotshot is having problems logging in, I have no idea why as she is not banned.

I thought it was a firearm when I watched it too. Someone pointed out it is likely a firecracker, which is probably right. Still wrong to be throwing them near each other.

Jen, we discussed the possibility that it may not have been a firearm, but instead perhaps firecrackers.  He still should have had supervision.  I truly wonder if they've seen these videos and the screen name he uses to post them.

IIRC, it was Eduardo who procured the machines Dave and others used to dig in the landfill.

I believe Eduardo has been at the family's side since nearly day one.

Whether those intentions were always honorable - I can't honestly say at this point.

Jossy................I think there are valid points from both directions of looking at Jossy's motivations.

I also think at times Jossy has been sold a bill of goods, but proceeded to publish and speak about it knowing it was baloney.

I can't rightly say whether either of their intentions have always been honorable or not.

Eduardo is not either a witness or a suspect in the Natalee Holloway investigation.  Aruban could not accuse the FBI of interfering in an ongoing investigation.

It is so frustrating.  There appears to be so many roads that the FBI can take to expose the corrupt investigation that has denied their own justice but ... those roads remain untravelled.

But there's a problem with that.  Eduardo was NOT aboard the Persistence on Jan 7th - according to Kyle.

Only Persistence crew were aboard for that Aruban only dive/collection.

 I recall Joran was "hanging out "at the marriott and met a girl, blonde very similar looking to Natalee and a tourist took their pics which made the news....maybe 2007?

You are right Jen.

However ... there is also the dynamics encompassing John Silvetti's appeasing attitude with the Arubans in regards to the chain of custody that should be investigated.

This is all so discouraging.  The deception of the Persistence undertaking has been exposed.  Natalee Holloway was betrayed ... the family was betrayed ... donors were scammed while the Aruban coverup agenda was furthered.  Yet ... the "powers that be" in America are doing nothing.

The "powers that be" on the tiny Island of Aruban must be laughing.  When the past 3 1/2 years are considered ... they are emerging as the victors over what is perceived by many as one of the greatest nations on the face of the earth.

Most little guys are afraid to taunt the big guys.
