I caught that too. Why in heck didn't NG follow up on it? That would be a "first time heard here" event if it turned out to be true. Sometimes I think she's overly scripted on her show and can't improvise unless she's expecting something.

I have to go sleep on darla's idea that Baez only has custody of the remains temporarily.  He went on to talk about how he was keeping mum on the funeral as it wasn't anyone's business.  Odd Odd Odd ... I may have to watch again tomorrow.  But for tonight ... sleeping!

Since Baez was made responsible for Caylee's remains, I doubt if there would be a public memorial for Caylee.

But you do not need the remains to have a memorial . . .

Well then maybe Rev Grund will hold some type of memorial.

I think he would be the top of my list to have it. He and his son seemed to have loved her more than her blood family. It really is too bad that JG and Casey did not marry - I have a feeling we would not be here talking about this.

I know they loved Caylee with all their hearts and they wish things would have turned out different. Just a thought. I wonder if the Reverened Grund feels a little guilt about having Jesse take the DNA test. Like you said if they had married, it would have turned out differently. Jesse would have adopted Caylee and had rights to her like any other Daddy. It's just a thought that popped into my mind. Please don't throw nanners.

I'm sure there is guilt and what ifs going around with a lot of people, just human nature to think that way. Even if the two got married, Casey would have moved on, and I'm sure out of spite would not have allowed Jesse much contact with Caylee.

Grund say something the end of last year something about he was going to give the A's time to apologize or to retract their statements about his son?  That he was trying to "handle" this in a Christian way first or something like that?  But if that didn't work, he was going to handle it in a different way.

My theory as to why Jose didn't want KC coming to court is, that he wanted to build up interest for an interview with KC by a media source.  The less she is seen the more that would be paid.  I am pretty sure you can give an interview with permission from behind bars.

She can't get paid for the interview though right ? Can Baez get paid for setting it up ? or no, because KC is involved and can't profit from the crime....

I'm sure she would have moved on too, but if Jesse had adopted Caylee, she wouldn't have had a choice. Caylee would have been Jesse's baby legally binding. He would have rights as much as KC and there would be nothing KC, Cindy, George or anyone could do to take that away from Jesse. That's why I was asking. I sure wished it would've happened that way.

Hoover  on the 8th of November, was out at TES and in front of several peopole actually filed a search directive, a form they fill out, saying where the body was located,   I don't know what happened to it but people in LE are trying to track it down.
