OMG, I just got an email from John Morgan asking me what state I live in!!!!

John Morgan is very powerful person.  Baez was a dumbarse for following a counter suit no doubt, and even dumber for publicly talking bad about Morgan in court and via proxy.

I know! He just asked when this was found out! It's like emailing with the Great and Powerful OZ!! 

While he is at it maybe he should represent Kronk so they can sue WHORALDO

Unfortunately, Kronk came forward today and presented his past including the kidnapping charges that were pressed against him and I believe dropped.

WHICH MEANS HE WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO DISCUSS HIS INNOCENCE - WHAT WHORALDO DID WAS DEPLORABLE!   THE ISSUE HERE IS HOW MUCH WHORALDO IS WILLING TO HELP HIS YACHTING BUDDY - while they were sipping cocktails on a boat there was a baby murdered and there IS PROOF of that....DAM   Im sick of people ready to crucify witnesses & judge their characters when Casey & her family should be the major ones under scrutiny here    The mere fact that Kronk came forward makes what Geraldo attempted all the more obvious that he was trying to defame this man's character & abilty to be forthright in THIS CASE

Man Who Found Caylee's Remains Once Arrested On Kidnapping Charge
Meter Reader Likely To Grant Network TV Interview

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The Orange County utility worker who last month discovered the remains of Caylee Anthony in a wooded area near the girl's grandparents' home was arrested in the early 1990s on kidnapping charges, Local 6 News reported.

Roy Kronk, an Orange County water meter reader, found Caylee's remains Dec. 11 off Suburban Drive, less than half a mile from the Hopespring Drive home of George and Cindy Anthony, where Caylee lived with her mother, Casey Anthony.

Casey Anthony, 22, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in her daughter's death.

Kronk said in a statement issued to Local 6 News that the kidnapping involved a domestic situation with a man who was living with his former girlfriend.

"As a result of that confrontation, I was arrested based on false allegations that I had kidnapped my former girlfriend," Kronk said. "I chose to disclose this arrest and the expungement of the records because I had nothing to hide, and (I) have a personal policy of openness and honesty about events in my life."

Local 6 News reported that it is awaiting Orange County to reveal Kronk's criminal background check.

Meanwhile, Kronk will likely give a network television interview next week, although it's not known if he will be paid a licensing fee, Local 6 News reported.

Kronk's attorney, David Evans, told Local 6 News on Friday that it is likely his client will likely give the interview Monday or Tuesday. Evans would not say which network would conduct the interview. It's customary for networks to pay expenses for its guests -- which Evans said would happen -- but he would not say if Kronk was being paid for the interview.

"Roy Kronk lost his wife to cancer last year, and that battle brought him down to his last dime," said Evans, who added that he would like to find a way to get his client some compensation.

Kronk's only comments since the discovery were made three weeks ago when he held a news conference and issued a brief statement.

"Back in August of this year, I had previously reported to Crimeline and to the sheriff's communications center that I had spotted something suspicious, a bag in the same area," Kronk said in August. "I have been and will continue to cooperate fully with the ongoing investigation by the sheriff's office and the FBI. I have provided detailed information to law enforcement but I respectfully decline at this time to get into the details of what I saw at the crime scene."

There are numerous conspiracy theories that have circulated about Kronk's role in the case, and Evans said his client feels the time is right to set the record straight.

Evans said he is preparing Kronk for all types of scrutiny.

Sources told Local 6 News that Evans has been unwilling to allow Kronk to answer questions from Casey Anthony's defense team.

Relax.  It is public knowledge and being reported.  I didn't report it.  Kronk did.  It is not good news.  Geraldo was wrong to say arrested on rape, but I think kidnapping is even worse.  If you don't think this is the news of the next week for the defense, I don't know what to tell you.  I am just letting you know.

I still dont see what this has to do with him finding Caylees body.  I know there's something going on in the background on how he knew to look where he did, but whatever went on in his past , at least to me, has nothing to do with finding a missing childs body.....boy, You would have to be sqeeky clean not ot be talking about in this case, Im glad I wasnt involved with any of them, I would hate to see them look back in my past, because they would be bored as HEll, but I bet they would find the Trespassing charge I recieved when I was 22 and was walking my dog on someone elses land and got busted.......LOL.....

Anyone else watching Fox News? Whorealdo was just on there saying that the MR, Kronk, was going to be a tainted witness causing all sorts of trouble for the prosecution, claiming that he had been arrested for RAPE in NC previously. When the anchor asked what happened with the rape case, Whorealdo said the charges were later dropped as it was a domestic dispute of some sort, but that wouldn't stop the defense from using it in any trial. A couple of minutes later, the anchor said he had a correction to Whorealdo's previous report, said the case was not rape, but kidnapping.

I NEVER listen to Whorealdo because nobody should believe a word he ever says. My hubby listens to Fox News and happened to have it on when Whorealdo appeared on the screen. Normally, if hubby is not clutching the clicker, I jump up and grab the thing and change the channel at the mention of Whorelaldo's name or the sight of his face. GAG! He is the most disreputable "journalist" in the business IMO. At least he's at the very tip top of the list of my vast list of disreputable "jounalists." And yes, I believe that Whorealdo is "working" for Baez or whoever is paying Baez. Hey, those Topix ppl are pretty good. I have read there and also Fox Orlando.
One thing that I read there that fizzled with no further info was about the chloroform.
Someone popped in and spoke as if they knew what they were talking bout . They said something to the effect that there was chloroform in a bottle stolen from a house of a " friend " or someone that Casey knew. The person had it so they could do things ( I guess toe nail clipping / teeth brushing  ) to their dogs. Oh it will all come out. We still haven't seen Annie's official statement have we ?     

i read on, i think topix? annie d. worked in a vets office & had access to chloroform. don't know if this is true but i read it yesterday.

Not saying it isn't possible and I am not a vet, but I've never heard of chloroform being used to sedate an animal - at least not since the time they stopped using it to sedate humans. There are so many tranquilizers and other sedatives for working on animals, I can't see a vet using it today. Very dangerous.

I agree it doesn't, but if I were a defense attorney with a situation where a meter reader came to a site many times and reported many times and later it is found out he was arrested on "KIDNAPPING" charges whereby your defense is based on a KIDNAPPING,,,

Whoa telling me to relax, this is outrageous - this man was EXONERATED of this charge due to a domestic dispute - that means that past should be moot & not even having to be part of this case, its a dang shame he knew he had to disclose it because of people like Geraldo that want to spin dirty laundry instead focusing on this babygirl being murdered by her mother

No wonder why so many people dont come forward as witnesses & Tim Miller has to now fight so hard to protect private citizens that chose to volunteer in a search so that their life isnt put to this scruntity, pre judgement & invasion of privacy -its a sad day for people that would be willing to help find justice for a precious babygirl that was murdered & other cases is what it is
