I have to offer a few thoughts as far as some suggesting that Casey used Caylee for income in the porn industry.   Certain things indicate that a toddler that was forced into this situation would fear men more, she was very affectionate toward George, Lee, Jesse, many of Casey's old friends - if this occurred it doesnt necessarily mean all these pervs would have had their way with a drugged passed out baby every time.    O GOD to contemplate it is one thing to put it in writing makes it more horrifying and heinous, scary but sadly it happens every day all over the world - I cant begin to tell you what I think the punishment should be for these crimes against children.

Another thing since Cindy who was a nurse (adminstrative currently but still schooled) took care of her very often prior to June she would/should have seen a rash (common), behaviorial changes, possible drug haze, frequency or changes in urination or complaints of pain or irritation (grabbing, crying, moaning, itching) even at its worse blood on panties, strange actions playing with dolls...a host of signs

Another thing that makes me think the worst about Casey is that her own mother was threatening to get custody of Caylee.  It would take some pretty bad stuff for a court to award custody to the grandparents, a lot more than just being out of work and liking to party.

Did Cindy really try and get custody? Or was she bluffing to make Casey become a "normal" mother.

I believe Cindy was just bs'n Casey about custody. If she wanted custody of Caylee, she could have let her mom turn her in for stealing from the Grandad's account. Cindy didn't do that. KC would be in jail, Caylee with no father becomes Cindy's.

It is so obvious to me that none of the appalling Ant's wanted Caylee or really loved her. TOYS AND HOME VIDEOS OF CAYLEE DO NOT EQUATE WITH REAL LOVE. If the GP's had wanted custody for Caylee's very safety, they would have turned their slutty daughter in for her multiple thefts and whatever other illegal actions she was involved in. They would have really looked for her decaying body and they would have honored her with a timely and proper memorial!! They would not have gone on talk shows and received license fees and perks and quit working and continued to live off her blood money!!! Love really is a verb and being so, I have not seen it in action with these disgusting people!!!

    This is what I mean by ....Casey is going down.......if I was on the Jury, I would convict her a$$ on this alone, much less all the other evidence that LE has..........Baez better stop chasing his tail and get busy trying to find something to cause a speck of sympathy for Casey from the jury, after they see this poor childs bones that were left in the woods, hear the ex-cops statement of Casey calling Caylee a little snot head.......see the partying pictures of her after she threw this childs body in those woods..........nothing is gonna keep them from finding her guilty and so instead of trying to raise some doubt and throw poor Kronk and whoever else he can find under the bus, he better just stick to begging the jury to have what ever compassion for Casey he can throw up!

wont the defense just say that OF COURSE her phone pinged near the scene.. SHE LIVES near the SCENE..

Missing a major point here....even if the defense says well of course she pinged in the area she lives here BUT she was tracked or seen in this area whereas Caylee never was in that 31 day period of time, ping pong slammed back by prosecution

My son only signs of his molestation were fear of a specific person and place, regression and nightmares. I hate to be gross, but if Caylee was just used in photos for porn, it's possible she was never penetrated and therefore would show no signs of itching, moaning or blood in panties. It wasn't until the rape exam that they found abrasions around his (I just can't say it, but you know what I mean).

Not sure Lovinlife, may be about 15 days after the last hearing. I think that is the time frame the prosecutors have to release stuff to the defense, then we get it.

Now that would be a beautiful thing if she didnt even realize she dropped the phone there.   However, I dont believe her story about 2 phones & changing sim cards - Rev Grund bought one of her cells a good bit back & those records would indicate that she had two at least by subpoenaed bills & activity records for a second phone

Yes she did have two,      she mentioned it several times in several messages on my space to her friends, and I think someone has already come forward with seeing her with it!
