An Orange County deputy who was criticized for the way he handled an August tip about Caylee Marie Anthony's remains was previously accused of failing to properly investigate incidents, a report released Tuesday shows.

Deputy Sheriff Richard C. was accused of failing to properly investigate a threatening telephone call in March 2007, but that allegation was deemed unfounded, the sheriff's report showed. The outcome of a similar complaint against him in December 2006 was not available Tuesday.

The Sheriff's Office is conducting an internal investigation into what happened in August after a meter reader reported something suspicious in woods near the home Caylee shared with her mother and grandparents.

Wildlife officials say the Rhesus monkey isn't dangerous, but the species is known to throw feces when mad.

until the end of march.  Altho, being by the sea, we do get some relief, so it wont be constant.  Just is usually thru the whole month of jan.  thanks for answering me, some times i feel invisible

Just reading the group and the person that found the house and brought Kathi there with her/him.  She has posted video and stills it appears someone noticed the bag, but I don't see the flowerbed he was digging in unless there is a wrong angle.

Im gonna say one thing.  All our posts in here by the thousands, that I cant keep up with, I did see sleuthing monkeys, and im proud of those involved.  Has nancy mentioned monkey sleuthing on her show yet?
Also, I want to thank all my monkeys who report the media shows I cant see in Australia.
Now, Im gonna say, the defense is all piss and wind, we cant get our monkey nickers in a twist.  From all i read, its laughable the defense attempts.  Wait till the trial yall, you need a break from this current crap, cos thats all it is, nonsense crap. 
Have a breather, at least a break for a few days.  When the court case comes, we will be here 24/7.  And we wont be able to sleep.  trust me, rest up now as much as you can.

That`s the whole confusion here. The cops should not be punished. He was taken 150 feet from where the body was found because the pavers they were keying in on are not the pavers where the body was found. Totally different.
