I think we all, or at least most of us, realize that Cindy cannot bring herself to admit that Casey killed Caylee, because she knows if that happened, she played a role in it.  Cindy said or did something that set Casey off, sent her flying out of the house with Caylee and possibly led to the murder.  That does not make Cindy directly responsible, but she may have been the catalyst that set it all in motion.  So she will remain in denial forever.  She cannot admit that they quarreled that weekend, that she planned to seek custody of Caylee or threatened to do that, that she and Casey had had problems for a long time, that they competed against each other and little Caylee was often the pawn in the middle.  George and Lee both said that Cindy and Casey had been fighting with each other and Cindy posted online that jealousy had caused her to lose Caylee.  But Cindy will not admit to any problems now, although they had plenty of problems with Casey that are known and no telling how many that are unknown.  This is what I deduce from all the things that have been learned in the case so far.

This is all quite true. But I think it's also true that Cindy would like to imagine that Casey didn't do it, for another reason. Casey is Cindy's only daughter. If Casey is guilty then all Cindy's love and caring has gone down a black hole. Nothing she did for Casey or Caylee matters. She'll never be able to trust her own feelings or love anyone again.

How on earth could you find out that the child you raised and loved and lived for, was simply evil, incapable of caring, and recover from that and go on living? How? We don't want to think someone we know could do something like this, but this isn't just "someone she knows." This is someone she thought she knew better than anyone else, and didn't know at all.

IMO it would be easier to have your child killed, than to have to realize that your child killed her own daughter. To know that your child killed your grandchild, the only person you loved more than Casey. Where is the path out from there? How do you regroup, recover, and go on? You can't. Without Caylee, Casey is all Cindy has to live for, and if Casey herself is the killer, where does that leave Cindy?  I think Cindy avoids looking at it because it's just too horrible to acknowledge.

As someone here pointed out to me, the listing date in whitepages for Zenaida at 4709 hopespring was May 2008, around the time of the tickets.

http://www.whitepages.com/search/Replay?search_id=63161351411978639180&lower=6&more_info=1&form_mode=

Also interesting that if you look and add...

4701
4709

add 47+1+9= 55...  timer55 ?

This case is making me nutty.

Isn't that 57?
Yes, I was be silly. Wink

I was just pointing out how I am starting to read clues into everything.

I just need to keep putting myself back into Occam's razor mode.

I've got news for Cindy...if they have a public memorial, anyone from the public can go.  The funeral may be private but the memorial is going to be public, so she cannot bar people who want to express their sadness over Caylee's death.

I don't think she was trying to bar Lois from the public one. It's the private funeral that Dakota can come to but Lois can't. And really if you have a restraining order against someone it's hideously rude to go to their child or grandchild's funeral, because won't that mean they can't come within 100 yards of their own child's funeral while you're there? What kind of sick sadist would do that to someone?

I must be seriously blind and stupod but I cannot find where "they" are discussing that page.  They ahve moved it to differnt threads, each with 100 pages.  I am confused!   Help!  I want to be nosy!
As far as I can tell they've locked all the threads, so no new input.  Maybe its being discussed on topix, however I cannot find my way around there.  Maybe someone can take a look and post a link.

What I do know is that LE has her computer and you can bet they know if she made that update, or at least searched for it!

The restraining order was denied.  However, I do think that its in bad taste to take a child that had to be hospitalized over this whole situation to the funeral.  I have no love for Cindy, but to taunt her with emails is low IMHO

Here is the post - it is interresting:

This is all quite interesting…Interesting also to note that the ZG whose computer was stolen at UCF on june 9 worked in the same building as nicole ganguzza, the jogger who was killed in blanchard park the very next night. Let’s make it more confusing: remember casey changing her story and saying zg threw her down at blanchard park and sped off with caylee on june 16? And her mysterious “blackjack phone” fell out of her purse in the process? The new phone she told police she had only had for about a week? Which means she would have gotten it around june 9 or 10, the same timeframe of nicole ganguzzas murder? And she said she stopped using it cuz it “wouldn’t hold its charge?” Well, interestingly enough, the cops found PART OF A CELL PHONE CHARGER near ganguzzas body. why oh why would our girl genius riddle herself into yet another crime scene?

back to the conversation of KC/LA on july 26:

LEE: Would she have been programmed in your cell phone?(Zanni)

CASEY: She was, programmed into that other phone that we need to find a way to recover. I mean I don’t know…

LEE: Help me with that actually. You said that you referred to it as you ‘black jack’?

CASEY: Yeah, it was a Black Jack. I’d only had it for probably a week, a week and half. It didn’t keep its charge so that’s why I started using that other phone.

LEE: So on the Black Jack, do you remember the phone number that the Black Jack was associated with?

CASEY: It was my same number; I just swapped the SIM card back and forth.

LEE: Ok, um…Here’s how these things work Casey, the contact information, the contact stuff is on your SIM card, so if you switched it back and forth.

CASEY: It doesn’t always save to the SIM card. You can sometimes save things to the SIM card or save it specifically to the phone, it just depends on the way the phone’s set up I thought about that too. The phone that I was currently using, the one I guess that the police still have, or you guys have it, I had set it up after the fact to just save things to my SIM card but you can also save it to just the phone or to the SIM card and the phone so there’s copy’s on both

LEE: So this Black Jack where did you, you said that you reported it missing, give me the information so I can find this phone.
CASEY: I had it (TALKING TO SOMEONE OFF THE PHONE : yes sir, is he ok. Can you ask him to stay there couple of minutes, because we only have…ok thank you). Um Jose’s actually here. Um. (Expletive), ok the last time I know I had it for certain I was up at Universal.

LEE: For work, or for otherwise?

I was in through the park talking to just a couple of mutual friends of….

LEE: So you were up there for fun or whatever?

CASEY: It wasn’t necessarily fun, but yes not through work at that moment…

LEE: I’ve got you, ok, I understand.

CASEY: I know I had it at Jay Blanchard Park, I don’t remember where the very last place is I had it.

LEE: Where did you get this phone from? Like how was it provided to you?

CASEY: Through the AT&T Store, god, what road? It’s the bottom left side of town kind of near where the mall and stuff is.
LEE: Was this a phone, is this another personal cell phone of yours?

CASEY: Yes.

LEE: Ok, so tell me. So if you lost the physical phone itself, aside from searching for it, how would you go about finding this? How should I go about finding your phone?

CASEY: I don’t know. That’s the thing. I mean. I knew specifically where it was, I mean my last recollection of me having it was at Universal, but I knew that I had also been at Jay Blanchard Park and I could have potentially had it there with me too. I don’t know if you guys have checked through like some of the bags and stuff that I have at the house with me, if it was in one of those purses but I know I kept everything that I had kind of centralized at Tony’s.

LEE: Case, if you had your Black Jack with you and you lost your Black Jack, but you still have your SIM card in your other phone, I’m trying just to figure out why, you wouldn’t lose both, you know what I mean?

CASEY: Well that’s the thing, if it fell out of my bag, if it fell out of my pocket. It’s a decent size phone, almost the size of the phone that you have now. It could have easily fallen out of my purse.

I can't put a finger on it, but they seem to be code talking again.......like they are talking about something else (or someone else) who is missing.....help me out monkeys!!!!

I am a couple of pages behind and may have already been said, but who says things like it is at the bottom left side of town??????????????  That has to be code.  Like she is telling him where to look on a map

If Slore only had the Black Jack for a week, than why was Zanny's number not saved on the phone she had the longest.  Zanny had been "watching" Caylee for over a year!    Also, I wonder if LE has pulled pharmacy records for KC or for her friends, so they can determine if any were getting an a** load of Zanax prescribed to them?

Every time the girl that was killed in Blanchard Park comes up I get such a sick feeling.  Could someone refresh my mind as to how she was killed and what type of assault??  Maybe it is just a coincidence, but it is so odd.
