any word on when the funeral is?
or what the hold up still is?

Casey signed Caylee's remains over to Baez. Casey probably is the one who will decide on 'Services/burial/etc. IMO she will never do it. The child will remain in a box at the funeral home......at least until the trial is over.
And if Baez has half of brain, he would explain to Casey that if Caylee doesn't have a funeral and burial, this will only look much worse for her, if that is possible.

Does anyone have an update on the 6 yr old boy that was missing in Florida.  I seen an article yesterday saying that the search was called off???  Went this AM to look, and could not find anything about him or the search.

Anything updated???

Yes, DOLCE has been updating us.  She lives close enough that her husband helped in some of the searches.  She's even taken some photos.  The thread is here in the Missing Persons forum:

I have just posted some answers over there this morning.  Smile  Thanks for keeping Adji in the know!

Anthony Attorney Expected To Seek Change Of Venue

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The attorney for Casey Anthony is expected to ask for a change of venue for her trial.

Attorney Jose Baez is expected to request the change this week.

Legal experts and other attorneys said they can't imagine the judge holding the trial in Orlando because of all the publicity the case has attracted.

http://www.wesh.com/news/18510496/detail.html

Good Morning, Just what the state needs is more expense, a change of venue is very costly.
I volunteer to pick her up and bring her to the everglades Collier County for a come to Jesus meeting change of venue.

IMO if Casey is given rights over Caylee's remains and then chooses to have her cremated, she tampering with evidence.  Should she get convicted and choose to someday appeal (assuming she is given that right), her remains will not be there for re-test with new technology.  I think the family's statement of fear that Caylee will be "grave robbed" is BS.  IT is a cover up.

How can the accused still be in possession of the victim!  It makes no sense!  IT is allowing the victim to be re-victimize post-mortem!

I think It's just a ploy to get people to watch on Monday.  I don't think we'll get anything until the end of the week because if the defense gets it tomorrow then the press will have to edit it before release.  Unless they released the info to the defense on Friday even then I don't think we'll get anything until the end of the week, jmo.

GOOD MORNING ALL!!!

It never ceases to amaze me just how "textbook" Casey Anthony is; in relation to psychopathy, as per the following from "Without Conscience".

The behavior of female psychopaths also reflects a cheating stategy, one in which sexual relations are had with a large number of men and the welfare of the offspring is ignored. "I can always have another," a female psychopath coldly replied when I questioned her about an incident in which HER TWO-YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS BEATEN TO DEATH by one of her many lovers. (Two older children had previously been taken into protective custody.) When asked why she would want to have another child, given her obvious lack of concern for the fate of her first three, she said, "I LOVE CHILDREN." Like most of the female psychopaths we study, her EXPRESSED AFFECTION for children was STARKLY CONTRADICTED BY HER BEHAVIOR. Female psychopaths routinely physically or emotionally neglect their children or simply abandon them as they move from one sexual encounter to the next.
Of course, people who make a practice of lying and cheating usually get caught. Their effectiveness then is greatly reduced, so they quickly move on to other partners, groups, neighborhoods, or cities. Their mobile, nomadic lifestyle, and the ease with which they adapt to new social environments, can be seen as part of a constant need for FRESH BREEDING GROUNDS.

In the early interviews with LE regarding the nanny taking Caylee, Casey makes a statement that she went to a "neutral" place when the nanny didn't show up.  I've always thought that was odd. Does anyone have thoughts on where this neutral place was?

Maybe the place where she dumped Caylee???

TY Monken, ITA. I beleive that Casey was getting ready to hit the road (fresh breeding grounds) to Cali when she got called out by Cindy.

BTW, everytime I "see" you I just want to tickle you under the arms!

Where can they go ?Everyone knows about this case.

You'd be surprised. I'm in Va and when I mention it they have to think and then say "was that the little girl in Florida?" and some have not heard of her at all.
