Hey Stacey I am all over the place today but a few things that have been discussed here are:-
:- Greta interviewed Jose and she seemed to be unaware that the 2nd autopsy had already been done and just let Baez complain that they were waiting on the states tests before theycould releas Caylee to be buried???? She spoke with Conway and asked him why Cindy had been visibly upset the day before. He said that  a minority of people were being cruel to them. She asked why the police had gone to G&C's house yesterday and he said he did not want to discuss it but that it was not relate to the murder case. He also said he only represent G&C and noone else. :- We relooked at the fact Cindy told a reporter that she and Casey went through the house and stripped the bed and gave it to the Defense team and considered the ramifications of that.

:-Heaps of discussion on the video tape released and Princess Lucky charm and others who I forget their nics but deserve mentioning gave really clever insights into things like the 5 stages of grief that Cindy and George are obviously going through but not Casey and then Casey and the way her minds work. I will try to find it and repost it it was really informative.

Island Monkey, I remember those letters. JB is a fool. He should have at least been cordial and played along instead of antagonizing law enforcement in the same county he practices in.. At least if there is mutual respect between LE and the atty there is room to work together or give each other some leeway if the screws turn.

I missed them d@mnit~work gets in the way, but one of my accounts from TX is super interested in the case, so I bring my laptop to work and stay on SM when I have the extra time, ya know..client relationships are SO important. I send her SM pages and links etc, but I missed those...........also, just listened to him on youtube and he thinks DISJUSTICE is a real freaking word He's actually so incompetent that it's humorous at times

OK, I'm going to throw this out there to see if we can make sense of it. It is in regards to the computer searches done by LE.

Cindy shows up at 7:30 to confront KC at Tony's apt. on July 15th

Calls 911 at ????

11pm she calls Amy to tell her Caylee is missing

KC is first arrested on July 16 at ??? time

Computer has 2 people on it "owner" and "Casey", there is also a Bobby, but no searches are under this name.
The password is password Rico23, which is probably Ricardo b/c KC has programmed in her cell "Rico's Momma".

On the HP Computer Time line for June 16 & 17
June 16th
There is NO activity btw 0100 and 0700, 0900 and noon, 1500 & 2300

June 17th
There is NO activity 0200, 0500 & 0800, 0900 & noon, 1500 and 2300

June 16th
Someone is accessing files at 1600, but there is no user activity noted for the day

June 17th
Files were accessed during midnight and again 1400 - 1500 hours.

Safari Internet activity during 1600 hour

and other user activity btw 1900 and 2300 hours.

OK, so my question is this, who was on her computer? We know that Lee went to get her things from Tony's late in the evening and spent some time talking to the boys per Tony's testimony. Was someone other than KC deleting files? What is Safari Internet? What is accessing files but no user activity?

Boo--can't answer many of your questions, but Safari is the Internet browser that came installed on my MacBook.  I think you can install it on PCs too, but I still use Mozilla on my desktop.

I thought Lee went to get Casey's computer at Tony's in JULY...not June?  What am I missing, please?

im confused too. as to the 'bobby' id, im willing  to bet casey had an alias to troll the net for additional but fairly anonymous 'fun'.

Watching NG is like watching the prosecution. She never has Jose on. He hasn't been on there since August. He was smirking
and he made himself look foolish. Even a caller remarked on it, saying here is a baby that is missing and why is that guy smirking, nothing is funny here.
Geraldo & Fox are the defense. I don't get that station. I get Fox, but it is out of NY I think. TY for the posts on what is on Geraldo.

i actually worked at martindale for a short while during my college years, so i have to confess when i first heard of him i looked him up to see his rating. hes not even listed, which means the rest of his legal community dont think enough of him to even bother giving the lowest rating.

Maybe she even befriended her and ran with her until they sat down and then BOOM chloroform.  The only thing which confuses me is there was a report of one tennis shoe being by the car. It read like it was Nicholes, but I am not sure.

I picture Casey asking if Caylee could sleep in the back of her car... or change a diaper there. Then she chloroforms her from behind. But where was Nicoles body found?

IIRC she was found across from the post office where the trail runs behind it.

If she was murdered by her car where she blew a shoe could she have been rolled into a trunk and then driven to the site where she was found?

She could have, but I tend to think she was running with the perp before she was killed. The car thing may be to throw off any investigators. Her car was locked and her purse was in it. They didn't say if any money was gone.

I don't think it would be difficult for someone to take down a jogger.  Anyone who was active as a child learns that...move up beside, quick kick while one foot is off the ground and victim goes down.  Its one of the least noticed scummy things kids do to each other on the playground.

Armed w/whatever an active/agile perp of any weight could take someone down.  Add a substance that causes unconsciousness and weapon a perp could quickly dispatch someone w/little or no scuffle.  It's one of the reasons I am petrified when my older teenager is out of my sight.

Don't know if the deceased jogger was found w/ear phones/buds and music player, but that'd make it so much easier for a predator to successfully hit them.

I've been reading in lurker mode for a couple of hours to get caught up.  Don't feel like posting much tonight, because I'm not feeling well and for some reason the whole crazy mess surrounding Caylee's tragic disappearance and death has me feeling overwhelmed and sad.  Sorry so many other monkeys are feeling under the weather too.  Prayers and hugs for all.

I "see" the crime scene pic differently than the way Klaas diagrammed it, so it does look to me like it could be a skull.  Basically I see the nasal cavity where Klaas's diagram is labeled "eye".  The eye that I see is a large dark eye socket cavity, with the other eye obscured by debris.  It looks rather eerie and really does resemble a skull the way I'm viewing it. But I am not convinced that is what it is.  I do wonder why that particular photo was taken by LE at the scene, though.  There certainly does appear to be a wet, black trash bag showing through the foliage. (It was raining that morning, I remember it well.)

Here is another version, just FWIW, to compare to the diagram Klaas provided:

Hi, Peanut please forgive me for not remembering where I got this, but I believe I read that the computer or maybe the Windows program came from Cindy's company, Gentiva, and I think the Windows user "Bobby" on that computer was Cindy's boss or coworker who had the computer before her???  Oh, I probably got that wrong.  Maybe a better organized and smarter monkey remembers where the user "bobby" came from?

I agree with you about LE not releasing a pic that shows Caylee's actual skull. That is what gives me doubt about the pic.  I did see what others thought looked like a skull, so I just wanted to show it that way, too.  Thanks, Klaas.

OK, so the visitation video we saw the other night was a visit that supposedly wasn't allowed to occur because JB stated no visits because he was out of town. Police misconduct? Isn't Crazy an adult? Why didn't she listen to her attorney? These people are all full of cr*p. They say the video may be thrown out as evidence. And Conway said the Ants are no longer looking at obstruction charges... sigh 
ps Gerlado called her a bitch. 

Because he told her not to and she did anyway?  That doesn't make sense.Did he say why? Did he say Bitch?
