Oh, I know exactly what you mean! I'm not sure what it is; probably the anger I feel for what happened to poor Caylee, and it is directed at those who sould have been caring for her. I just want to witness the dose of REALITY that will have to be faced in a trial. I want to watch the forced exit from "Anthony World".

I'm on the other side.  I hope this does not come to trial.  This has cost people (both emotionally & financially) enough.  I truly hope Baez will come to the realization that the only thing he can do for her is get her life in prison, and some plea deal is reached.  (But if it comes to trial ... save me a seat too!)

There is no reason why the Anthonys have not had a memorial service for Caylee, Caylee's remains are in Baez's hands and I don't think even when they are done with their tests, I can't imagine that the defense is still doing tests though, that Casey is going to allow her parents to have the remains.

There is NO reason for not having a memorial!!  But instead of doing the right thing, the appalling Ant's are busy letting the media know who they aren't going to invite when they finally get around to having one. It's more important to continue causing turmoil and dissention than it is to show respect for Caylee.

Hey - you know, it takes time to make an exclusive deal and negotiate how much to charge for the rights to the Memorial Service.    You know.....   its about the Money!      Just my opinion.          Makes me sick.

That is IT !!!  Cindy is planning this like a big wedding for her benefit. I have no doubt about that. It most likely has been more difficult than she imagined lining up the money part of it, and there will be NO memorial until those contracts are signed.  

Of course they could have one without the body, but that is not what they are going to do. They want to have a huge display of "themselves" injected into this and that takes planning.

She is! It's just like a wedding event! When I saw that she was "inviting" some and not sending others an invitation, I wondered if the invitations would be engraved, and if they would include an RSVP??

Deenie...that makes sense, that whole conversation with that phone btw the two of them was crazy. Also yesterday you asked me about that video that a neighbor boy made about the water in the crime scene area, yes I remember that quite well.

I remember that video too ... the young boy (early teens) whose back yard backed up to the area where the remains were found?  I remember the reporter saying it was the closest/best area to shoot from while everything was taped off by LE and they had the "exclusive" shot as they were the only reporters in that yard.  The only two stations I ever reference in Orlando are the FOX station and WFTV.  Must have been one of them.

I checked Youtube and Google which will pull up any video's from any source as long as their are tags ..within the posted video - and Nufthin at all came from my searches

It is interesting Klaas that what I have been doing is searching for info on this Guy. Seems he likes to buy up a lot of property from Orange County. He has many properties that are all vacant - with either Industrial, or residential but all are Vacant.

I found he applied in Aug 2007 in Winter Park for a FCC Registered Amateur Radio License. So he is alive and well - bec I thought possibly he had passed away because many of his properties are listed under a trust within his name.

I know that there's differing thoughts, but I don't think Casey's ever going to admit to anything. I could be wrong, but I just think the cajones required to walk LE right up to the doors within Universal Studios, are a permanent growth on Casey, and she's not going to back down.

I have finally caught up and read thru the new cage. I went and looked at some of the vids posted on youtube ..and for what ever reason I went back to one of Casey and Lee talking on the phone within jail.

I started to think about what has been said that possibly Lee and Casey are talking in code.

Which the majority of this conversation is about the lost " Blackjack" phone. I omitted the Blackjack phone and replaced Caylee in my thoughts within this discussion they are having.

If you close your eyes and listen to them talk and replace the Phone with Caylee it is perplexing to say the least.
One Smart Monkey brought up the "Blackjack" in the last cage and found on the site Urbandictionary.com that Blackjack has many slang definitions. I read on the Urban Dictionary site that " Blackjack" is also a term used in replace of Police Officer and Or Police.

Now on her stating she lost the phone and such, and she talks about the SIM card..well I found a forum of Blackjack users discussing SIM cards and transferring data between a Blackjack and another phone. That do to the new technology within a Blackjack its virtually impossible to just take in and put out a SIM * to go between phones. This forum says is strictly about people and their efforts of trying to save contact info. Seems it can be done but is quite techy and you need access to the internet as well ...in order to gain all old info for a new Blackjack phone. And or you just do it the manual way and go back and add one by one each contact .....

Knowing that Lee is the Tech boy of the Family and he and Casey were so close - wouldn't it make sense that Lee would have helped Casey with this Blackjack phone when she first obtained it ...because WE know she lives for texting and talking on a Cell.
When the Blackjack came out it was a new breed of Cell phone and not user friendly unless you really had some knowledge on this type of phone.

My thoughts - Lee and Casey Both know that Casey never had a Blackjack phone
The phone doesn't exist and never has

If you listen to them and how they talk to each other about this Phone and IN MONKEY  Brain replace the word Blackjack for Police and realize they are talking about Caylee in sequence within this conversation ...not actually a phone.

AKMom I had to close my eyes and not pay attention to anything at all and listen to the 2nd video audio of Lee and Casey and it screams at me that they are actually having a full blown conversation of where Caylee's body is ... and LEE is listening intently yet you can hear his breathing sounds change... WHY? Because he is writing everything she says down ..as quickly as he can. And trying at the same time to Ask her questions to further along the information he needs. Bec he knows they are being Monitored and he knows the conversation is limited to Time.

Well...I never thought of that one...you may be right.  Baez did try to get $500,000 for an interview with Casey.  Yep, Casey is STILL the one controlling everything.  AND Baez is going to get his money from somewhere.

Yep.  You're right.    And after watching Whoraldo last night, we now know for sure that Baez is the one prohibiting KC from seeing C&G.  No more visits, per Baez.   Has nothing to do with the media as per Cindy.   Baez is IN CONTROL OF IT ALL, NOW.
