It's in Jesse's text messages.  I don't remember who contacted whom first, but I think Rosen contacted Jesse.  I know Rosen offered to help in any way he could.

Hi Brandi and THANK YOU.....so we need to figure out how Jesse knows Rosen? And did he call Rosen and ask for him to help casey....if so WHY??  I have always felt Jesse knows more than he has told...not necessarily about Caylee's death....more about casey and her actions....perhaps there is something he neglected to tell LE....then when he finds out the A's are trying to involve him he thinks OH CHIT....I should have told them....but then he thinks it's too late. I always thought it was strange that his father was the one to speak out in his defense...it's not like he is a child...also I want to know EXACTLY what happened with him and the LE work...did he quit? if so why....or was he told he didn't fit what they wanted? Did he fail a phsyc test?...perhaps I am reading something into nothing

That was posted by Casey on July 14.  When you have a Myspace the picture that shows up is like an avatar here.  You can change your avatar and it changes the history too.  So sometime after July 16 Casey changed the photo on her Myspace to the Casey Missing one.  Nothing fishy about it.

Could Baez subscribe to the DIY newsletter?  You know, Do-It-Yourself and save big money.  It's expensive to hire a real PR firm like Selig's, so maybe Jose decided with a little advice from Gil and buds, he could do DIY PR.  I guess he didn't like the advice he got from Larry Garrison--and Garrison wanted to be paid.  Imagine that.  I wonder if all those wonderful press releases were written by Baez and company.  If Baez is trying the DIY path, he's in for a major conflict of interest.

I think there is a connection in Kissimmee FL with Todd Black and whatever else he calls himself.

Todd Black claimed in a release that Gil Cabot was an associate of his, but....

There are some connections with Florida and Gil Cabot.  And of course Jose's office is in Kissimmee.  Without checking I'm not 100% sure, but think Jose lives in Kissimmee also.

I have held the unpopular opinion that there is just something "not right" about Jesse in all of this.

I read that it was a mutual departure from the police force. LP said he was "let go" so I am not sure about the circumstances surrounding his leaving the police force.

I reiterate my opinion that there is something odd about Jesse and I think we'll find more out along the way. JMO.

Fla. Bar Prepares Case Against Baez
Anthony Attorney Claims Investigation Filed By People With 'Ax To Grind'

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The Florida Bar told WESH 2 Tuesday that they have an "active case" working against Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez.

Baez said he knows about the investigation and said it's been filed by people with an ax to grind.

Baez has signed on world class forensic experts from as far away as Canada, and he will not answer how he's paying for it, he told WESH 2 he has not done anything illegal in his handling of the case against Casey Anthony.

He said he has done nothing but conduct himself in a most professional manner. He said he has done nothing unethical.

This comes as experts continue to question how he's getting the money to pay for his legal dream team.

"How is he affording to represent her and are the decisions being made in her best interest and with her permission?" attorney Richard Hornsby said.

Baez has consistently refused to answer where the money is coming from.

"First of all I think it's an inappropriate question. It isn't a concern of anyone who's paying for all of this," he said.

If Baez has made improper deals, Hornsby said that could provide Anthony grounds for an appeal.

"It would be so easy for Miss Anthony to claim what is called ineffective assistance of counsel," Hornsby said.

Baez confirms he is the subject of an ongoing Bar investigation. He said it was filed by people with an axe to grind and has nothing to do with allegations of unethical financial dealings.

"It's all a crock," he said.

Baez declined an on-camera interview, but added that he has nothing to hide.

What ever became of the ever so important "secured" server so the defense team could see the crime scene pictures? Or was this just a ploy to get them in his possession?

If I'm not mistaken after his higna$$ Bia$$ said he would set up a secure server for his "team" to view the photos without the expense of trips to Orlando, the judge ordered him to do so at his expense and report on the progress of such in @ 15 days. Am I correct? Has that time not yet elapsed or has my memory elapsed?

Is this another classic case of, "if I have to pay for it, it's not that important"? just like the tips he demanded. Have I missed something or has this issue just dropped by the wayside as did some other "important issues?"

I am just wondering if there is ANY connection between Casey and someone political. I'm sure that the tabloids don't just work for the Clintons, although there is a connection to them directly. What about someone footing the bills for the defense who is local in politics? I don't know much about FL politics because I live in PA and don't really care what goes on there. Some of us have been wondering all along who was paying the bills in this case for Casey's dream team. When I saw that post from W/S, I started to wonder if that might not be the connection to the $ behind Casey.
