Desi's poor compy has been running faithfully all evening, all night, and all morning, and the poor thing is begging for a breather.  I need to get ready and caffeinated to be somewhere by 9:30, so I'm taking my leave for now.

Hoping to still have brain cells functioning later when/if the documents finally DUMP into our cage.

I'm plugging the "Enough" thread I worked so hard on, in case some monkeys hopping into the cage might like to check it out... and thank you to those of you who did so and who are so kind to have commented.

Makes you wonder how stupid people really are.  Casey wanted a life - she didn't want a kid to hold her back, and she obviously didn't want her parents (Cindy) telling her either 1.) how to live her life, or 2.) how to raise her child.  So she killed Caylee.. somehow in her twisted (backward) way of thinking, this would get her out of a huge obligation.   And yet.. she's in jail. No parties to be had, no wild sex to be had, no drugs to be had..  did she just not plan well enough?  Or did she just not care enough about being caught?  She is in a place where the food sucks, the activities suck..  and yet she has no kid to worry about.  She probably won't get the death penalty.  She doesn't have to pay for the basics.  She has people around the country who feel sorry enough for her, to put money in her commisary account.. She has no parents to tell her what to do, or to tell her how bad her mothering skills are.  Really, she doesn't have it too bad.

I think she didn't want Cindy to have Caylee, for many reasons...  when Cindy would have loved to be Caylee's official mom.  But yeah.. look how many of us would have taken that child in. She was so precious, and Casey- the "spiteful b*tch" that she is- didn't want anybody else to have her (even though she never once appreciated her to begin with).

I did see a picture in the Globe or Enquirer. She was obviously pregnant. Casey must have asked Cindy if she believed her or her own lying eyes. Still, as someone else pointed out upthread, Casey didn't even wear clothing suitable to hide it, so maybe she didn't realize what was going on. Hard to believe, but apparently it happens. I really do think if Casey had had her baby in secret she would have killed Caylee then.
