Peyton feels threatened when Lucas must reunite with Lindsay for a business meeting. Meanwhile, Brooke’s struggle for control at Clothes Over Bros reaches the breaking point as Victoria continues to exert her power by making unexpected and unsettling business decisions.

klaas -  I hope its ok if I give a plug for One Tree Hill.

The show is very well written - but you have to start with Episode 1 to fully understand what is going on with the characters.   It is like a soap, I guess.    I bought all the seasons, and recommend it.

Is there a list of the rumors and red herrings that the defense has put out there to build their case?
I think One Tree Hill is one of those. It was after the fact which would point to a third party.
I much prefer the theory that Casey set up Blanchard park weeks before the murder of Caylee, that would be premeditation!

1. One Tree Hill (doubt in timeline)
2. psychics (proving third party)
3. LE errors of not following up first Kronk call (blaming someone else)
4. Cindy denial (taking attention away from Casey as murderer)

If they grant a change in venue, and we know that thyey will, the judge will still be Strickland. I don't know how they do it elsewhere, but here in Florids the presiding judge goes with the trial so it doesnt disrupt the new venue and their judges schedules..

It was at the time he was bashing our beloved TM, I'm not interested in that part, but it went on and on about how his firm was hired by an anonymous family in Texas and he was paid upfront, blah blah..  Did I dream that or was it here?
