I guess we know the significance of this now. No small coincidence imo.
It's not just the heart placed on the picture but to turn it to black and white as well.
If a jury see's this how can they not relate it to what was discovered with her remains? Especially with the July 10th date. The absurdity never ends.

Truly heartbreaking.

This one is very telling to me.  I hope LE has checked the upload date on this one.  My bet is it was done after June 15, 2008.

I just went through what someone has posted as a copy of Casey's (now deleted) photobucket account icons and I counted 65 images in there with hearts on them. Seems to be a theme she liked. The court administrator said moving a trial to Jacksonville would be very costly and they would have to determine who would pay the bill.

The issue of seating an impartial jury is another thing that will have to be considered; and to avoid the media coverage the jury may have to be sequestered.

"I don't recall any time we've ever done that before, but in a case like this, a judge may want to do that," Fuller said.

So is Baez more worried about the tainted jury pool or having enough seating for his audience?  The seating of an impartial jury is "the other thing" he is considering.....

Again here I go playing devil's advocate, but I want to be sure all sides are covered.

On the MySpace sticker things that Brandi so kindly saved from Casey's MySpace, I know that on MySpace you can give your friends those stickers, of your chosing, to put up on their MySpace in the designated area.  Now I am not saying that ALL of them are from friends, but as on my MySpace about 60% of mine have come from my friends giving them to me.

That being said, Casey's friends did not think too highly of her if these are from friends.

I don't "do" myspace, so I don't know how that all works, but the link I gave is to images Casey had in HER photobucket account. So I am assuming those are images she used, not images people posted on her page.

Am I making sense?

Finally found the photo~ This is a fleece pooh blanket (I KNOW for certain because my 8yr old has it...........and will NEVER let it go).  Look at the far left corner of this photo and you'll see it.

Excellent eyes!!! Yes, this may be the blanket.

It is the same balnket that my daughter has. 3 years ago i tried to buy the balnket for that set and I could not find the same one. Cindy lied when she said that everything still the same and it is not true because the blanket is not the same it has been replaced for a new model.

Here's another example that Cindy knew there was no nanny. According to the co-workers, Casey came about once a week to drop Caylee off at Cindy's work, so she could go to work. Also Cindy was complaining about having to take care of Caylee so much. One would think if you have a nanny, that the nanny would actually take care of the child.

Here is another photo with her fleece blankie.....it looks almost identical tomy son's in background color and stitching. When I get home I'm going to take photo's of his blanket to compare. It loooks different in MY photo than my 1st photo depending on what part of the blanket is showing...........I hope that makes sense

Do you have a pic of it? If this is the blanket they found with Caylee (because we know it wasn't the quilt), I'm sure they (LE) have this pic. If not, we monkeys have it! I wonder if there are any other photos with this blanket in it? I haven't seen any yet, if I come across any I'll post them here.

Thanks Cecilita, I knew you were the one that posted your daughter had the same bed covers. I posted that last night you had said that, but you weren't on last night.  Joesama's not a dumb monkey after all. I knew Cecilita's daughter had this bed kit.
