I just watched JB "moment of glory" video....for one thing it is public information if the venue gets changed. He talked like he had filed already. Also they wait until the docs come out to look at the site? The defense team made a show and whined in Dec while it was still a crime scene and they wai until Jan 20 to file a motion to look at the property? I guess maybe that is because the property owner has not returned an answer so they want to force the court to let them in there. This after the public has been out there since then and you know someone has crossed over to the property even thought it is posted.

JB was very rude to speak in spanish with reporter and not tell other reporters what was said as the lady on his left asked. Rude! I am suer NG should have someone to  interpret what was said by the time her show is on.

I find him as disgusting as the red heart placed on the duct tape on Caylee.

Oh...good point earlier when it was mentioned more of a hispanic area might not do Casey any good since she blamed ZG.

Baez better hope the change of venue is not to Naples - he has a spit shower comin!  So extremely unprofessional.  Atleast NOW we know what he was doing all day long with Casey, she was teaching him how to always be the victim.  Racial card? ...and so close to MLK Day.  I am very shocked he did not try this on Monday!  Probably tried it yesterday but Obama stole his spotlight.  WHAT A FOOL YOU ARE BAEZ...I HOPE THE BAR COMES DOWN HARD ON YOUR ASS.  If you really want to turn the tables, is he trying to be racist towards Jews and Italians and Greeks for taking all of the high profile cases?  Boy I am offended now.

I'm watching JVM right now, and I'm getting more and more peeved by the minute. The JB pity party is ridiculous. They said he was understandably nicer to Hispanic media than to the English media because it's not the Hispanic media villifying him. Baloney! It's all about setting the stage for trial and potential Hispanic jurors. As I mentioned in an earlier post, it's obvious he wants a change of venue in a high-concetration Hispanic community, and he's trying to create a divisive framework (us Hispanics against the Anglo LE and media). I think he totally underestimates the intelligence and of any Hispanic community he hopes to sway.
On another topic, the hair straightener, I think KC was sending CA a message when she weirdly specified "the hair straightener, Zanny gave me". Number one, why would anyone give KC with her fine limp hair, a straightener? Two, I think she knew CA knew whom or from where she actually got the straightener, and lied to get her attention. I think KC may have used the straightener to try and seal the garbage bag. I think she may have been counting on Cindy to get rid of it. But I don't think Cindy got the clue.

I saw LKB in action during the Spector trial ... she wasn't all that impressive ... I think her claim to fame is being married to Dr. Baden ... and his claim to fame is he is being a "talking head" on several cable network news programs.  Smoke and mirrors.

I know Leroy!  I was just giving you a hard time, and typing my true feelings about him.  Now that I hear that he is trying to play the race card, I really dislike him.  I am part Latina, and I can tell you that he most definitely does not speak for me, or represent my community in any way.  If he thinks that he can try to pander to a certain segment of the community to try to win this case, then he is an even bigger idiot than I thought.  The evidence speaks for itself in this case.

Heart sticker found near remains ... residue from sticker in shape of heart found on duct tape.
Clothes in bags with remains (remains in laundry hamper bag inside black garbage bag) do not match those GA saw her leave the house in.
Winnie the Pooh blanket in bag.
Iron on letters in bag.  (unknown what letters or if they fell off of shirt or something)
E-mail to Sean Krause (you know the I DIDN'T SEND THOSE) emails ... included an excel document listing names of suspects and why they were suspected.
Search warrant on anthony home included getting a list of any prescriptions that were in the home.
