didn't it have to be cut out?  No mother would put duct tape around her child's hair w/ the intention of taking it off.  You'd know how painful that would be.

She will be buried when one of the Anthonys secures full immunity.  Lee could go on the stand and say he killed Caylee because she was born of sin.  That could give a jury reasonable doubt and she could not be tried again.  Same with George and Cindy.  LE said nobody else will be charged until Caylee is put to rest from what I recall.  It might be a waiting game to hold LE at their word and bargain for immunity.  Full immunity.

I say NO immunity.

I hope they don't start prosecuting every parent who has used medicine to put a kid to sleep!  I was the queen of dimetapp!  Hopefully there is a statute of limitation!  I'm keeping my son away from the television while NG is on - just in case.

Not really - my two and a half year old can wear 12 month shorts - pants would be different but if the kid is thin than you get away with it in shorts.

Here are a couple of the highlights of the doc dump:

The duct tape on the mouth, had sticky residue on it, in the shape of a heart - and a heart shape sticker was found near the crime scene - the same size.

Caylee was put in a laundry bag before she was put in the plastic bag.   She was found with a Winnie the Pooh blanket, a toy horse, a stainless steel knife, and clothes that do not match what george said she was last seen wearing.

Lee's DNA - LE requested that it be compared to Caylee's DNA.

Baez is a cry baby.   (but we already knew that).

I'm ready for more documents, already.

Lots of people I know use it ... or have used it.  There are a couple different types though ... new Winnie and Classic Winnie ...

  I hope they don't prosecute dog owners either! Joe has had his share of benadryl cocktails. Especially during lightning storms!  I miss my baby tonight!
