It's early, but my working theory is that H. Lee and Co. will try to make hay of the additional hair found, and the subsequent hairs found on the pizza box and soda can could very well be from an unrelated source (delivery guy, or store merchant). Defense will point out that Caylee's hair beng in the trunk is no big deal, by pointing to the obscure hairs as evidence of how easy a transfer is.

The"dead ring", they wil "expertly" argue is not a "dead ring".

I'm no saying it will work, but I'd bet that's where they're going.

It seems to me that all this defense has to work with is the possibility of "reasonable doubt" which is why I think Cindy and Geo were pushing the Casey '08 campaign down everyones throats.  The defense has no usable or workable evidence at this point.

The prosecution could be holding on to that for the very last second.  They could be wanting to use it to disprove Baez's incest or molestation defense....just thinking out loud here.

But this is strange to me, would there have been a specific reason, or did LE maybe just had a hunch, which I seriously doubt, there must have been something to test Lee's DNA to Caylee's DNA.

What's with Dr. Lee examining various pieces of evidence, and all of a sudden strands of "hair" showing up on several items?  I've been trying to go back into the dumped documents this afternoon to copy and paste here, but with the servers being pushed to their limits, I can't get back in.

Did someone say the Dr. Lee had tampered with evidence with OJ's evidence, or was that some else?  How can things like that happen without someone not being prosecuted for their criminal actions?

Well, IF IF IF he is the father, or is the defenses way of trying to buy sympathy for a molested Casey, I sure hope that the prosecution rebuttals with all of the photos of Lee holding Caylee as well as all the smiles, high fives, and hugs photos of Casey and Lee.
Why would you allow your child to be around a known offender?  Why would you be all sweet and happy with someone who has sexually abused you to the point it caused you to murder your offspring?

I think once they were forced to get his DNA, that was when the request was made.  I think they knew something and possibly LP was tipped off previously.  Perhaps there is something in an interview with someone close to the family that came up, and we are yet to see that interview.  Annie is my guess.
