What's with Dr. Lee examining various pieces of evidence, and all of a sudden strands of "hair" showing up on several items?  I've been trying to go back into the dumped documents this afternoon to copy and paste here, but with the servers being pushed to their limits, I can't get back in.

Did someone say the Dr. Lee had tampered with evidence with OJ's evidence, or was that some else?  How can things like that happen without someone not being prosecuted for their criminal actions?

If that is the case than this entire family needs to be jailed for conspiracy.  George saying he saw both Caylee and Casey leave, Cindy saying she heard them both in their room, and Lee for being a dumbass.

The prosecution could be holding on to that for the very last second.  They could be wanting to use it to disprove Baez's incest or molestation defense....just thinking out loud here.

Just my pea sized legal knowledge talking, I but thought the defense is allowed to have all the evidence that LE has. Once testing has been completed. Hey, I say stall giving Bayass anything til the day before the trial.

So far these documents are short on testing results and long on creating many more questions.

What type of bodily fluid was still found on Casey's pants even after Cindy laundrying them...I want to see those results!

Probably huffed and puffed packing her things to leave.  In the midst of that she shut Caylee up for good.  Likely she did carry stuff to her car, and one of those items was a laundry bag containing her daughter.  How sad.

and if that were true, Cindy would justify all her behaviors by feeling like she is protecting herself from feeling as if she was to blame. Can not accept that Casey would do this for revenge?

This request was made in October.  It is likely back by now.  LE can sit for a long time on it. 

But this is strange to me, would there have been a specific reason, or did LE maybe just had a hunch, which I seriously doubt, there must have been something to test Lee's DNA to Caylee's DNA.

I'm so glad to see the doc dump!!
We all know that LE reads these forums.. after all YM was posting on WS for a while.
People were asking back then if Lee could be the father. If we all wondered if he could

Couple that with the thought of Lee possibly being the father and her being saddled with the responsibility and I would say that exponentially increases those feelings.

Of course, if it were relevant to the case.  Lee's DNA not matching to Caylee's does not seem relevant to the case, other than to dispute rumors swirling on the internet of incest.
