i agree, the A's were totally setting up a defense for KC asking about the hair straitner! i thought was a weird thing to ask. was it before or after LE took the straitner?

ALSO-i don't feel sorry for JSM-i told my friend she stole my crown & she said "well, she does look like a barbie doll!!!!!

Hi Monkeys!  I am reading through the latest doc dump and trying to catch up.

I laughed out loud when I read about some of the contents of the trash bag:

empty can of "Milwaukee's Best" beer
empty can of Copenhagen chewing tobacco
empty Oscar Meyer package (probably bologna)

Not the classiest girl, is she?  Cheap beer, chewing tobacco, and crappy processed lunch meat.

Don't forget the Velveeta 

Oh, yes...the Velveeta.  She was quite the gourmet! Such a cultured, refined young lady.

I was reading through the docs on WFTV.  On page 3230 of the part 1 of the Forensics report, it states that a stuffed animal from 4851 Hopespring was taken into evidence.  Who lived at 4851 Hopespring?  Why would they take items from this house?  I don't believe that this is the Burner residence, where Casey borrowed the shovel.  Does anyone know?

WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- He's become one of the most recognized attorney's in Orlando and now Jose Baez is under two investigations by the Florida Bar Association.   
The first investigation is about inappropriate advertising and the other about Baez and his dealings with press corps media, the company owned by Todd Black. Both were filed as sworn complaints by someone.

The Florida Bar would not say who filed the complaints or give us details about the investigation.   

The Florida Bar did say that a grievance committee met last week on the inappropriate advertising complaint and they should be wrapped up with in a week or two.

Thats why hes on a pity pot!!!   I bet hes about to get removed!

I know in the past there have been several typos on the docs that have been released so maybe that's it???

I read it earlier also.  It said it was packaged in a plastic bag.  They asked and cindy said she could not identify it.  Somehow, I got the impression that it was found outside at the residence they listed.  Later, it says "TAZ" by the stuffed animal too.

Wasn't that the name that told Kio to go talk to the police? Mr Earl? I don't know but I remember it was a name something like that. My old mind is failing miserably today. So I am probably wrong.

I have to go back to look at Kio's statement now.  I don't recall ever hearing that name.

IMO anything found with Caylee's remains was only put there because it had decomp fluid on it ... not to comfort her dead child. 

The heart on the duct tape ... wasn't put there to comfort Caylee ... Casey put that there to comfort herself after murdering her daughter.
