I was finally able to track down Kiomarie's statement.  She lived at 4860.  This would be next door, or two houses down from the house where the Taz stuffed animal was found.   

If it was a Tazmanial Devil stuffed animal...for some reason I just dont see CAylee being interested in that.

I also do not think her having Pooh as a room theme is weird.  but there again, I'm a werido so who knows.

I hope they don't start prosecuting every parent who has used medicine to put a kid to sleep!  I was the queen of dimetapp!  Hopefully there is a statute of limitation!  I'm keeping my son away from the television while NG is on - just in case.

Are you serious?  I have raised 6 and I have yet to ever sedate one of my children with drugs. Not to say there were not times I would like to have sedated my boys. that coming from the medical field that is SO DANGEROUS.

If you are really serious please don't do that, some of those meds can stop the heart or do irreparable damage to the liver and kidneys which may not show up until later.

Well he's made it to 21 - almost 22 and seems fine!  (but I'm still not letting him watch NG!)   

I'll bet it would be an effective form of punishment though, if he gets out of line! (being forced to watch NG, that is - not Dimetapp!)

Mine are 22 and 24 and I used benedrl for allergies at bedtime.

Well, that is different. Used occasionally or even daily in small doses they are safe, but to actually put one to sleep with them, there has to be an increased dosage and that is where it can get very dangerous and toxic to organs. A little tidbit of information - one of the most damaging to the liver in children is tylenol. Years ago, they thought it was safer than aspirin, but now they have found it can also be toxic.

I think he was attempting to intimidate the media with veiled threats of some vague comeuppance at some future date. 

And if he isn't behind that movie in California, and he loses clients/his liveliehood he may just have a case and'll make some serious money if he can prove damages because of slander and/or libel.

I don't find the Pooh theme weird either.  I tried to talk my daughter into doing that for my granddaughter but she already had another theme picked out.
