Morning you all.  I am still thinking about that darn sticker!!!  What are those little pictures called that Casey posted on her myspace??  You know the ones like the teddy bear hanging.  I am wondering if one had a sticker on its mouth.

Icons and I have them saved.  She had several with hearts but nothing with a heart on the mouth that I could find.  I'll post some of the weirder ones in a minute.

I want to know also, one of the articles yesterday said buried, and now I'm confused, because I did not think the bag was buried.

Im just getting on today so I apollly if someone else posted this already.. I have been thinking since the doc dump yesterday:

There is no mention of the color of Caylee's shirt. I have always believed it was blue, and this is the outfit she wore to the Mt. Dora nursing home. I think the contents of the bag says a few things:

1) She died the evening of the 15th. BTW, the warrants calling her deceased give the date of 6/15
2) There are no panties listed, leading me to believe she may have been nakey (technical term at our house to respect her age) She would not have been dressed in a bath, and in a panic, with knowledge she was deceased, if KC redressed her she would not have thought to put the panties back on her. If the cloth laundry bag, clothes sans undies she was wearing the eve of the 15th may indicate they all would have been in the bathroom. For me, this tells a story of a possible bathtub drowning; but admittedly that has been my theory from day one. I believe Caylee is too old to drown in the tub on her own without some sort of fall though, and there is no skull trauma. Ere go..

3) GA lied to LE in full detail of what Caylee was wearing- he never saw her the 16th.. Most of us never believed that anyway but then ask your self, why lie about that day, specifically? I question why he imo, lies about 2 key dates- they day after presumably she dies, and the day after presumably she is placed in the woods after being removed from the backyard (recall TL breaks in for gas cans).  Did he know?

Here's how this should go- Baez should present a proffer for plea, where she admits above scenario, panics, and puts the duct tape on her after dreaming up the babysitter scenario.. Not saying I agree with it, just playing devil's advocate.
If she has knowledge of any complicity after the fact on the part of the family, she should also come forward with that. My main purpose in saying that is I do not want these people to get a red cent off this tragedy. It is sketchy with the SOS law revisions, but it is the best shot.

Baez takes this to the mat with a straight not guilty plea, this girl will get LWOP at best, and that's only if the state decides not to up the anty and put the DP back on the table.  Why wont he? Because if he has cut a deal for "rights" a plea is like a pinhole in his ballon of cash. Casey can and will if she is convicted get a verdict overturned on the appellate level if it is proven he has a conflict of interest, and I am sure that is the case... This is a win win.. Casey gets a new trial and all the resources to go with it, Baez ends up disbarred with enough loot to not give a rats azz. He may be a dolt as a barrister, but he may be a brilliant strategist, all on the back of a baby. Nice.

Maybe you'll get a knock-down, drag-out fight between Baez and Cindy - since Cindy is pissed that Baez plans to sell those photos of KC as a child - when it was Cindy's money that she earned to buy the film and her cameras that took the pictures in the first place!   Those pictures technically belong to Cindy.  Sounds like Cindy filed the charge against Baez, maybe??

Wonder why Cindy doesn't just file charges against Casey then?  Cuz Casey is the one who supposedly put the pictures together and gave them to Baez.

Didn't Cindy say that Caylee went swimming when they got back from the nursing home?  IF that was true I can't see Cindy re-dressing Caylee in the same clothes - maybe, but not likely from a woman who claims to have given Caylee baths in the morning and at night.

I don't support Cindy in much, but those are HER pictures.

Baez nor Casey own the rights to them. Now, where this may get sticky is if he asked her for them to put out to prevent the death penalty and he sold them instead of using them for the "intent"
