Hey Guys, I found the exact bedding from Caylee's room! It is Classic pooh in the "Best Friends" design. I don't know if Target or JCP carried it first but there is a lot of it on Ebay!!! Notice how piglet is sitting on Pooh's tummy!

You are absolutely right Monken!  Good eye!  Mon Quixote mentioned she has a set from Target.  Maybe you are right and JCP sold it at one point.

From what I have seen usually when a higher end department store sells something, and it runs its course out of style or season, then often times discount stores pick up the item for their collection.  Just a thought, I know JCP is not high end, and I know Target may not be discount...but I do not shop at either so I really can not judge.  I just know trends.

IMO the laundry bag that Caylee was placed in was probably one resembling a drawstring bag, such that a college student would carry to and from home.  I do not think there would be a point in placing her body in a hamper type.  First- they are rather small.  I have a 3 year old and he would not fit in the one we have- unless CRAMMED in.  Also, there were other things in the bag, and I really so not see all that fitting in the hamper.
IMO she was placed in the laundry bag first to disguise her as laundry.  One would not carry around a frame type laundry hamper because it would be impractial and conspicuous.  A regular sack type would be more unassuming in the back of a trunk should anyone open the trunk (this would be prior to the smell, obviously).   

I also failed to mention that the hamper type do not close well and the bag type would conceal a body better. (sorry) 

I would agree with you that it would be a better fit, however the documents from LE say "cloth hamper bag".

Are we sure, I thought it said "laundry"  I am still looking for documentation....

I just think that various reporters are biased and reporting speculation rather than fact.  I too am trying to limit what I watch and only reading the documents.  It is funny how people can read the same thing and not "see" the same thing. 

I also find it strange that no one is actually reporting about the incest and DNA testing in relation to Lee and Caylee.  In one way I find that responsible but in another it makes you wonder, why? 

And concerning Biez- I never thought about him being Hispanic until he mentioned it yesterday in his news conference.  It do not think he is being attacked based on his race, rather his inexperiance as a lwayer and his proxinity to his most hated client.   

It seems as tho this has become a tug-of-war between Cindy and Baez.  And we've heard how Cindy feels about hispanics.  Sooooooo.. Am wondering if Baez pulled the race card and the pity-poor-me card yesterday just to rub it in Cindy's face?  Am thinking he's got to be getting pretty desperate for anything right about now.

Thanks Klaas! Please check out this photo closely. The comforter hanging over the railing I'm certain is a different style Pooh, than the set in the more recent "staged" room. The brighter orange yellow is a different one than the softer hues of the newer set.

I zoomed in and can still see the pooh laying down with the butterfly over his nose. I believe from what I can see, because the crib is dark in the background, that it is the same set we see with CA sitting in front of the crib.

My brother is an attorney and he said that was the most unprofessional thing he had ever watched an attorney do.  He said it is obvious why he is a "lone lawyer" (in practice by himself) because NO real law firm would have someone like that in their employ.

Good Morning Monks..old and new....WOW my eyes are still stinging from try to read the documents yesterday....does anyone know if it's possible to make it larger?  An ideas on why the LE too CD's. Any word on shoes being found. I saw no mention of shoes but I might have missed it. Also couldn't find any forensic reports? Did I miss those as well?
