I still have not attempted to read the latest doc dump. Has anyone put all the files in a format that is easier to read?

Against my better judgment I had to post what I am thinking at the moment. Everyone on this board comes here for one thing, justice for Caylee.

I was actually a bit surprised while I was reading in the previous thread the comments on George being a pathological liar, deflecting and possibly setting this attempt up to cause doubt. I take this to be speculation based on emotions, emotions that run deep when we see this sweet little girl and wish so much that she had a different set of circumstances. We can barely speculate on what's wrong with Casey let alone the members of her family.

Ask yourself a question. If he had successfully killed himself, would everyone here be talking about him being a pathological liar that should burn in hell?

If the answer to that is yes then we must be very judgmental as a human race.
Thankyou LCP,
I have always enjoyed your posts and you put down so eloquently exactly what I was thinking. This was no game and he is and was under a lot of stress. So is indy btw. she might not be perfect but she did NOT kill her daughter or her grandaughter. We should give them a break.

Did anyone happen to notice WHO examined those phone records??

http://www.cfnews13.com/uploadedFiles/Stories/Local/textmessagelog.pdf

The SECRET SERVICE............WOW!!
I did, could you explain why that would be, is this not strange?

No, I can't. I have asked some persons much more knowledgeable than I, and the reply I received from both of them was " there is much more to this case than ANYONE has imagined"..............Now, what that means I have no idea.

You know, the feds can get involved in a person's phone calls for the oddest reasons. When I was 16, a cousin came to stay with my family for a while. Every time one of us was on the phone after she came to stay, there seemed to be a lot of interference on the line. We later found out that the brother of my cousin's dad had become involved in something to do with stolen cars and had disappeared. As part of the investigation into his activities, our phone had been tapped in case anyone in my cousin's family happened to mention his whereabouts in conversation with her.

This whole thing with the Secret Service does make me wonder if someone was into some criminal activity, like maybe contact with a big-time drug dealer.
This seems strange to me. Do the secret service really care about drugs or porn unless it effects national security? What I saw indicated they had technology the others didn't have and offered to try it top get the outgoing messages but it says it didn't work. I find that difficult to believe as well?

I only can think of one reason to directly compare Lee's DNA to Caylee's.

I thought it was a pretty common practice to take samples of members of the family to compare with any foreign dna that might pop up.

i thought so too. they took hair and buccal sample from all three of them, ca ga and la.

Yes.  They took DNA samples from everyone to compare it to any foreign DNA that popped up.  However, they only requested a comparison of Lee Anthony's DNA to Caylee's DNA.  They requested a direct comparison of these two DNA's to each other.  There was no comparison requested that involved something with foreign DNA on it.  Think about it.  What can they learn from direct comparison of DNA A with DNA B?  The only thing to learn is how similar or different these two DNA are to each other.  That can only show how many markers these two DNA have in common or that overlap.  Only one reason to do this.

Actually, I was surprised to learn that the SS do work with the natl organization to find missing children.  I was also surprised to learn of the technology they had and used to investigate crime.  I do think they were asked to extract the text messages.  Yeah, the LE have much more info than they've released and they have been careful about what was released.

I'm sure this is why the test was done.  The DNA's were tested to prove or disprove that Lee was Caylee's father.  This information might be used to force Lee to testify, and it might be why he wants immunity.  However, if the defense trys to claim that the trauma of incest caused Casey to kill Caylee, this will never work.  And, it would require Casey to admit she killed Caylee.  It won't happen.  But, the prosecution will use this knowledge to force Lee to testify.

What Casey told him the night Cindy called the police.  What Casey's friends told him.  What he did to Casey's computer.  What Casey told him about where and when the body was dumped.  If Casey told anyone the truth, it was Lee.

The prosecution doesn't put anyone on the stand unless they know exactly what will come out of that witness' mouth.  And, if they offer a witness immunity, they know ahead of time what the witness knows.  Now, Lee's lawyer has requested criminal immunity.  The prosecution knows if Lee is a valuable witness for them or not, and this will determine if he gets immunity.  He doesn't have it so far, but for some reason, his lawyer thought he needed to bring up the subject.  Go figure.

Whats the scoop on Lee's legal advisor? If this has been mentioned, my apologies. I do not recall seeing it.

Sure she uses Lee.  But, what I think many don't realize is that Lee is just like Casey and he also uses (or used) her.  Since they haven't subpoenad Lee yet, maybe he doesn't know anything.  But, if he wants immunity, he better have something to say in return for it.  It's not a get out of jail free card--or is it?

well there is the issue of july third. her friends that were out with her that night say they were at the bar for a short while, casey got a phone call from lee and then told her friends theyd have to allleave cause lee was coming to look for her to bug her about family shit. so they all split. then a few nights ago on ng, lp said that lee was walking around with his his big notebook full of stuff and went looking for her that night but didnt find her. this was at cindys urging, remember the third is when cindy made that myspace post about whos watching her angel now. the kicker is cindy never told le or fbi about that little tidbit.

Bingo - I want to know what he did to her laptop when it had the blue screen freeze after Tony's.  Also.... Lee calling Casey "Darling" in that first interview still bugs me. I'm not sure what to think if the incest thing.  If Caylee were Lee's baby, wouldn't Cindy ask him to stay home and help take care of the baby also? The other thing I have been thinking about is how sad it must be to live in the Anthony home now.  They cannot even go outside in the backyard to get a breath of fresh air without looking at the little playhouse or sandbox......... or thinking about what was over the fence 15 houses away.  Casey is slowly damaging each person in her family.  I wonder if she heard about her dad....... or cared?

OT

AZ, the house we are building will be southwest style. You living in Az might give me some tips so I can make the house as authentic as possible. Please look for some questions I will have for you in the decorating thread, when you have the time. Our designer/decorator is going to Santa Fe for some design ideas.
