We got up to about 50 yesterday, here in central Ohio.    Today it's back in the mid 20's.

I wonder how long it it going to take for BAEZ to prepare his motion to have access to ...George's suicide 5-6 page letter.  Obviously, Baez would want to see it, as there would be no damaging material against Casey.

LE obviously has it.  But I hardly believe that they would use that for evidence.

ok in terms of dna testing. everyone is making such a huge connection between lees dna being tested against caylees and incest. my question is this, if a sample was obtained (lets say from one of the pieces of clothing they took from slores closet) and its either so small or degraded that they can only do mitochondrial testing, would using a siblings sample to compare mutual parental markers help differentiate between the mother and the child?

I for one have no idea as I doubt seriously very much of it has been released.We only get tidbits and we should always remember that.Some things I believe should remain private and a suicide note unless it contains a confession of some sort falls in that category for me..jmo

I haven't seen the article - but I heard that the NE's is coming out with a story that Lee raped Casey.

Heard this rumor at WS.   Again, have not seen the article so I have no proof.     And, of course, it is the NE - so I take it with a grain of salt.

Hey Grama, I think he plans on finding out what is in it but I doubt he will do it in a motion. He gets enough bad press as it is. Rumour had it he brought Tim Miller to ton and has requested for them both to visit George.He will simplay ask George I think but I hope the T.M. thing is true, it might help George to have someone to talk to that won't spread around what he says and truly understands what he has been through.

YES!!!   TIM MILLER is the perfect person to come and speak to George.  Tim had lost his daughter and I believe TIM to be a very honest and respectable human being.  I do hope that they will let TIM in to see George and hopefully some good will come from this.

I think Tim would be a good sounding board for George but to say Tim can understand what George is going through just isn't so.Tim lost a daughter and George a Grand daughter by murder but past that,their journeys are not even close to being the same.I doubt there is anyone really that can grasp the magnitude or undertand what George is really going through..jmo,again!

I don't see how Baez could get the letter unless the prosecution is going to use it in their case aganst KC..since Baez doesn't seem to be a friend of the family, I doubt he'll ever know. I do wonder about Dom Casey tho...he'll been on both sides of the fence

CBB, I get what your saying.  George said he wanted to be with Caylee.  I don't doubt that for one minute.  I think he ached to be with that little girl and hold her again.  On the other hand, I really don't think George had the courage to commit suicide to "be with Caylee."  He wanted to be with her, but that does not mean that he had the strength and will to take his own life to "be with her."  When George wrote this, he wanted to be with Caylee, but that is not the same thing as deliberately taking the actions to kill himself and achieve this.  Frankly, he's too big of a coward to take his own life.
