Baby threw up and died. There is a name for this type of death, but can't remember what it is. Casey couldn't call 911 for those reasons.
Oh, hello all and I am still kind of sick over this. So, I have backed off for a while. I did read most of the stuff they released.
What will convict her and end this stuff is :
Fingerprints from the duct tape. If hers are on there, Baez better make a new plan.
Although, he is just as crazy as her. Not only does he have to defend the undefendable, he has to carry the hopes and aspirations of the entire Hispanic culture, race & nation like a torch !

Yes Katgram I thought this all along. I don't have a baby child, but a doggie child. I have given him benadryl to calm him down during a storm. I have stayed up all night just lying next to him to make sure he is still breathing. I have always thought she gave Caylee something like benadryl to make her sleep. BUUTTTT if she gave it to her and taped her mouth shut that is no accident and she deserves the DP, plain and simple.

WFTV-Channel 9 reported that Baez, Anthony's attorney, faces two Florida Bar investigations.

"You won't find this much information anywhere else," anchor Bob Opsahl said.

One investigation concerns how the attorney advertised himself. The other focuses on possible false statements against the state attorney and prosecutors made in releases from Press Corps Media, which handles publicity for Baez. False statements would violate the Bar's rules, but the stiffest punishment Baez would face is a letter that he went too far, Mary Nguyen reported. Todd Black, who runs Press Corps Media, told WFTV that the Florida Bar had no jurisdiction over his publicity firm.

Since Baez is a member of the Florida Bar and has to answer to them for what he says and does, why wouldn't anyone representing him not be liable to the Bar as well?     

The Bar only has jurisdiction over attorneys.  I think Todd Black is trying to fall on the sword for Baez, MHO. It might work, however keep in mind, that Baez has hired Black as his PR Spokesperson.  Not that I think Baez would sue Black.

I don't think there is a REAL Todd Black. I researched him early on and there really is nothing concrete on him.  I have come to believe he is a pseudo name for someone else.

I still want to know what Baez took out of the A's house that day, just after LE removed stuff with the search warrant.  It was the day or so after that search warrant served where they had just found Caylee's body and zoomed over to the A's house.  Think it was the next day that Baez went in there and took stuff.  We've never heard yet what he took.

Hey No1z girl. I think she was incarcerated when that picture was taken. I'm not sure, but their cars weren't all dolled up like that when KC came home. I think once she came home they may have had a poster in the window and the shoe polish on the windows were begining to fade. I may be wrong as I usual! JMO JSM

WELCOME BILLY'S MOM    Jesse's dad knew she was pregnant when he first met KC if I recall. Mr Grund told Jesse he needed to take a paternity test to find out if he really was the dad before he married KC and JG. They broke up after. Sorry if this has already been answered JSM is behind!

Every defense attorney on NG likes to say this will be a battle of the forensic evidence.  Actually, that's probably the only defense Jose can mount.  He's going against a mountain of evidence, most of which we haven't even heard yet!  What we have seen is a huge amount of evidence that shows Casey as a murderer. 

Regarding the forensic evidence, I've seen that the OCSO has been very careful to use the very best forensic labs and FBI testing facilities, as well as testing samples multiple times by multiple, top notch labs.  They know that the defense will try to attack the credibility of the forensics, and they are being very careful to use only the best testing.  As far as the Secret Service extracting the cell phone text messages, I was surprised at first, too, but then I found this webpage: http://www.secretservice.gov/criminal.shtml.  I had no idea the SS was such an expert investigative force!

Pixie - someone posted his myspace site.  The guy was like 3 years younger than Casey.  He died in 2007 and was 18 at the time.  I really don't think he was Caylee's dad.

Jesse took the paternity test at the prompting of his father, Richard Grund. They broke up well after that. The paternity issue was not what broke Casey and Jesse up.

I don't think that is KC's handwriting. Hers was more like a 7th grader, the writing on the cars looks to me professionally done. There are people around here that do on cars for sell. I hope you feel better. You make me laugh while I lurk during the day. Get well soon.

Joes mama i dont know who is more lucky, Joe for having you as a mama, or you for having josef as a son! Iv had my doggie for 4 years now, and i got him a girlfriend a couple months ago and they are expecting, iv nnever had a female dog, let alone a pregnant one so im super excited. Both parents are teacup chihuahuas!! O/T

I thought you looked real cute in your little skating outfit.  I don't like to spend a night without my doggy pal, either.

If Casey gave the child baby medicine to put her to sleep, why would she need to tape her mouth?  Those medicines work pretty quickly, so even if Caylee were crying, she would have stopped fairly soon.  Of course, Casey has a pretty short fuse.

If that is the way Caylee died, it would not be first degree murder, more like negligent homicide because her intent would not have been to kill the child, just to make her be quiet and go to sleep.  It would be a horrendous thing to do to a child, but it would not be murder, in all probability.

I still think that if the tape was put around her mouth, it was because Casey wanted to not just shut her up but punish her for something she said.  It may have been that Caylee said she wanted to go home to grandma and that put Casey in a rage. 

The heart could have been put on afterward as a kind of sign of goodbye or even I'm sorry. We don't think of Casey as being in any way loving or warm but perhaps she had a moment of regret.  Duct tape is wide.  It would be hard to cover a little girl's mouth without covering her nose, too.  And it would be very frightening.

Casey could have thrown up and aspirated on the vomit, I suppose, but I definitely think the tape was put on as punishment and to stop the child from crying or saying something Casey did not want to hear.
