Just like is stated in this article. Casey knows damn well that noone is going to give her "truth serum" And yeah, she's so willing, give her a lie detector test! I'll bet she thinks she could pass that too! This is just too ridiculous.....BITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

Hate to be the party pooper, but I think that she could pass a lie detector test with flying colors.  Let me explain.
She is able to keep a cool and calm personna for the most part, and lie detector tests use your heart rate as well as a visual observation of persperation.  I think she has the ability to control herself for the most part in regards to answering questions...not just because she keeps cool and calm, but also because she has said these same lies over and over and over again to herself, to LE, and to FBI that they are second nature to her.  She has had a lot of time to sit and hash out all her details to a science since she has been in prison.  I just do not think that a lie detector test would benefit anyone but the defense at this point in time.

I took a lie detector test once to help an arson investigation.  The question, "did you give a complete and truthful statment?"  made my brain hesitate for a moment on the word COMPLETE.  Made the needles go crazy.  

I got to take a lie detector about 20 years ago for fun.  It kept saying i was lying about alcohol even though I never hardly touched alcohol in my life and everyone knew it including my friend that was giving me the test, soooo they are definitely not accurate. IMO

George Anthony Won't Leave Hospital Today


ORLANDO, Fla. -- George Anthony remained at Halifax Medical Center on Monday after a suicide scare last week.

Officials said they didn't plant to discharge Anthony on Monday.

The Anthony family's attorney, Brad Conway, said Anthony is feeling much better, but Conway said he needs to be able to properly say goodbye to his slain granddaughter.

Caylee Anthony disappeared in June prompting a major investigation that resulted in the arrest of Anthony's daughter, Casey Anthony. Caylee's body was discovered not far from the family's home in December.

"He's out of the woods, but he has a long way to go," Conway said. "The first step is burying Caylee."

George Anthony is recovering from a suicide scare.

"He does have that will to live and survive," Conway said.

After spending the weekend at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Conway said he's making progress.

George Anthony has been under the care of a physician since early Friday morning, when police said they found him at the Hawaii Motel on U.S. Highway 1.

Investigators said a suicide note found in his possession was a clear indication that he needed help.

"It suggested that he wanted to be with Caylee. You know, leave this Earth and go to the next life to be with Caylee, with God," Daytona Beach Police Chief Michael Chitwood said.

Conway said part of the problem is the grandfather of the slain little girl hasn't had any closure.

"In our culture, burying your loved one is one of the biggest steps toward healing, and they have not been able to do that," Conway said. "They need to take that step."

The family hasn't yet said when they'll hold a funeral.

So the question still is who is holding up the funeral, the A's or Baez

I believe that Eric would have been too young at conception. Also, if you look at his birth certificate I believe his race is given as black/white. Caylee does not look mixed race to me.

Wasn't it posted sometime back that there was another 'ERIC - ERIK'??  Seem to recall some picture with someone in a military, maybe Navy hat, that was more recent than the other Eric's death???   Sorry, for not being too specific...just recalling this.

Yes, there is another Erik.   I think he is stationed in Norfolk, VA.     He might be the one.    I haven't heard much about him, lately.   I had his myspace page saved on my old laptop but it crashed and I don't have the link, anymore.

George Anthony To Remain Hospitalized Monday


ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- George Anthony won't be released from a Daytona Beach hospital Monday, but attorney Brad Conway told Eyewitness News that it's possible George will be released this week. Halifax Medical Center confirmed George would remain hospitalized Monday.

Conway said they are still waiting on doctors to confirm a treatment plan. That may include George being released to a treatment facility closer to his Orange County home.

Conway told Eyewitness News on Monday that George is doing better and, in turn, Cindy is doing better knowing that George is expected to be okay.

Conway said he'll be visiting George at the hospital on Tuesday.


SUICIDAL GEORGE ANTHONY HOSPITALIZED

George Anthony taken to the hospital by Daytona Beach police early Friday morning after he was reported missing and suicidal. Friday afternoon, Eyewitness News obtained the 911 call made from the Anthony home (listen to it | read transcript).

"George Anthony has been gone since 8:30 this morning and he has taken several bottles of medication from his house," attorney Brad Conway told the 911 dispatcher in the call around 11:00pm Thursday.

George left his home Thursday around 10:30am for a job interview, but his wife Cindy later realized he had taken his two weeks' supply of blood pressure and sleep medication and he had taken a photo of Cindy and Casey, his granddaughter, with him, but nothing else.

"We're worried he's done something to himself," Conway told the 911 dispatcher.

Cindy Anthony and her attorney were worried, because just moments earlier George had texted some disturbing messages to her and their friends from his cell phone, messages like "he did not want to live anymore" and that "he wanted to be with Caylee." George also texted that "he wanted to be left alone" and "wanted to make sure Caylee was in God's arms."

George would not tell them where he was, but through cell phone data Orange County sheriff's investigators tracked him to Daytona Beach. Police there found his car at the Hawaii Motel on Ridgewood Avenue (raw video | images | map). They found him in his room, melancholy and despondent, but he agreed to go with them to Halifax Medical Center, where he was undergoing psychological evaluation.

George Anthony was held at Halifax Medical Center for at least 72 hours under Florida's Baker Act (Baker Act details), which means he can be held against his will for up to 3 days.

The 72 hours has expired so he could be driven back to his home anytime Monday.

Sources told Eyewitness News that initially George told police and the hospital he did not take any pills despite two empty pill bottles found in the motel room.

However, sources said that in George's suicide note he admitted to taking the pills and there were signs that the pills were starting to take effect towards the end of the letter.

WFTV has learned George's handwriting was worse and tone-changed in addition to being less coherent.

Sources also said that he had been drinking when he was found by Daytona Beach Police. Motel employees said they found empty beer bottles inside the room.

Cindy Anthony visited George on Friday, but that's the last time WFTV has seen her at the hospital. Eyewitness News' camera captured Cindy Anthony leaving her home early Monday. It is unsure why or where she was heading.

George had missed several meetings Thursday and cancelled a visit with a friend in Lakeland. Cindy called him, but he didn't answer. She called their friends, but they hadn't heard from him either.

Cindy told investigators that George has been upset and depressed over Caylee's death and she believes his depression deepened the day before when she asked him to choose jewelry for Caylee for her funeral.

Eyewitness News also learned George's son Lee called his cell phone after George had been picked up by Daytona Beach police, but George did not take his call.


SUICIDE LETTER WAS SIX TO EIGHT PAGES

George Anthony seemed alert as he was escorted into the Daytona Beach police chief's car after officers found him in a motel room along with a six to eight page suicide note, sources told Eyewitness News. The Anthonys' spokesperson and attorney, Brad Conway, said the stress and grief had pushed his client to try to commit suicide.

Sources told Eyewitness News, in the letter, George mentioned that he wanted to go to heaven; he only mentioned Casey Anthony a few times and said she was a strong determined person.

Sources said George focused the letter mainly on Caylee, Cindy, Lee and Lee's girlfriend, Mallory; he told Cindy he was a failure as a husband and a father and went on to say Lee was a great son and he was proud of the man he had become.

Sources said there were no clues into Caylee's death mentioned in the letter.

Conway said he doesn't believe the recent revelation that a heart sticker had been put over tape covering Caylee's mouth had anything to do with George's recent cry for help. He believes George has been suffering through the entire ordeal.

"If you ask George how he's doing, he will always tell you he's okay. He's not okay," Conway said.

People close to George Anthony told Eyewitness News he may have been dealing with depression even before Caylee's death.

I really hope that GA suicide attempt was not a pity ploy. It's looking more & more like that is the case. I think that Brad Conway genuinely believes it was legit, he has a tremendous amount of sympathy for them. He also seems like a very caring person & someone who could be easily taken in by them. Mark NeJame was also  sympathetic but he knew when to cut his losses & get out of Dodge. NeJame realized what was happening early on. I realize the Anthony's are going through hell; but that doesn't mean that every move they make is because of that hell. They both are fully capable of continuing their "Casey is innocent" plea, and that's what they're still doing. I also want to add that if George thinks that a fake suicide attempt will take the focus off of someone else or off something else that is happening; then he is sadly mistaken. The local media there is so firmly embedded in their comings & goings that; "short of one of them dropping dead", there's nothing that they will be able to do to dissuade them! JMO

Aw thank you!  I have a piece of "flare" on my MySpace that only Sassy would understand and enjoy...well maybe she would not enjoy it, but its funny!  It says "Go Brooke Yourself"...does not mean I dislike anyone named Brooke!  LOL  OK really I am done now.

At this point, I am sad for George and Cindy.  Their lives have been exposed, analysed, ripped apart.  Add to that the circumstances surrounding Caylee going missing, being found, Casey being Casey, possibility of Lee being charged, knowing that their granddaughter is in a box somewhere following her 6 months in a swamp, protesters, webcams on their home, unable to go to work, I really could go on and on. 
These people are not perfect.  They have done many things wrong.  They weren't perfect parents.  They probably raised a sociopath murderer.  But I still want to pray for them. 

They are hurting no matter what anyone says.  How long can a person live in a cage, being watched, poked with sticks, spit upon, screamed at, and torn apart from their families as people watch and ridicule before they really do go insane?  Before they break down?  How much can we expect someone to take?   

I feel sad that this family has become what it has.  It is a shame that as humans our justice system allows drama of this kind.  It amazes me that this situation has continued on and on.  Each day with a new headline, a new tid bit about real people to chew on and go over.  I truly believe that people think of this as a soap opera for their personal entertainment.  I am somewhat ashamed that I am feeding the monster that I also despise.

They say that if a police car follows you for 1 mile, they could find a lawful reason to pull you over.  I say the same about the media and those watching it.  Someone could follow me with cameras all day long, everyday for 6 months.  I am sure there would be plenty of things people could say bad about me and  I am just your average stay at home mom.

I really wish people would begin to sleuth this case rather than crucify the people involved.  OK.  throw the nanners.

Although I would agree with most of your post, "in general terms", it simply is different with the anthony's.  They have asked for the attention they are getting, and the hatred that followed.  I think they certainly need all the prayers they can get and I do hope they are getting them.

They could end this all with the truth, but they choose not to.  That's why they get no sympathy from me.

I think most people want and do feel empathy. To try and make a long story short, unfortunately Cindy and George(Under Cindy's direction) have gone on shows like LKL, Today show, Greta etc, shoving down our throats what a good MOm Casey is, it was someone elses body, her friends maybe did it, it was pizza, squirrels, the partying photos were not correct date, not giving up receipts to LE , Caylee bedroom tours, on and on it goes. The latest is Caylee is still not properly buried or any formal memorial. OH lets not forget still selling T shirts and bracelets, whats up with that? They do have empathy for what happened but its how they are conducting themselves afterwards that makes it very very hard not to be suspicious and critical. Also they have never seemed to put Caylee first in any of this. This is all just IMO. I don't enjoy being mean or picking on people who are down, its just Cindy does things I highly don't agree with. I don't begrudge her supporting her daughter but not if it crosses the line if you know what I mean? OK tummy hurting, all Just my own thoughts.

  I dont begrude her supporting her daughter-but shouldnt they support thier son.  Lee life is in ruins - kc  tells the world Lee wanted to have sex with her.  Caylee is dead-did they come out in support of their son.  They let kc destroy his reputation and didnt bat an eye lash.  That is a disgrace. They have crossed the line.  You dont allow one child to destroy another.  Let alone kill your grand daughter.All they had to do from the start is say nothing-no comment people would have understood that.  Now as far as Lee goes they should make a statement saying  this is not  true. Period end of staement.
