I would be money he is using his students to get case law for this case. He is too dumb himself, and if they are upperclassmen, then they are much smarter than him.

I would be willing to be big bucks he has them working for him. Anyone want to bet?

A previous post said that Baez was teaching "how to prepare for trial".  If so, the way he would have time for this is that it helps him refresh himself.  He said on the news the other day that "he has to keep totally focused on saving a young lady's life".

If he hasn't met with Tim, I sure hope they've at least talked on the phone.

oops
About FAMU
Florida A&M University is a comprehensive, public, co-educational and fully accredited land-grant university offering a broad range of instruction, research and service programs at the undergraduate, graduate and professional levels. The main campus occupies over 419 acres located on the highest of seven hills in the capital city of Tallahassee. The 13 schools and colleges are committed to excellence in instruction, learning and research.

FAMU’s selection as the 1997 College-of-the-Year by the Time Magazine/Princeton Review College Guide was only the crowning achievement among a series of nationally recognized honors.

Not only is FAMU the largest single historically black university campus in terms of enrollment, it is also the number one grantor of baccalaureate degrees to African Americans and one of the country’s leading enrollers of National Merit Achievement Scholars. FAMU’s growing reputation for excellence was recently recognized by Black Enterprise magazine, which named it the Best Public University in America for Black Students.

Has anyone contacted TES about this?  I just don't see this happening.  I see that Tim would return to FL at NeJame's request to go over strategy for fighting Baez's motion.  I just cannot see George meeting with Tim for a number of reasons, the first one is Cindy and there are other more suttle reasons.

no one has reported that there were two suicide notes. there have been varying reports however as to what the exact length of it is.

One report had one in the vehicle when police found it and one had a suicide note in the motel room.  Just saying IF there are two, then this is a setup for sure.

oh i see, thank you for clarifying. its a shame some of the media is so irresponsible in their fact checking. we cant even say for sure how long it was, it varies from 3 to 8 pages and everything in between.

We all know Baez is a new lawyer and basically clueless.
I suspect that by the time the trial comes around, he may or may not even be her attorney.
I also think that the cash for her defense will dry up and there will be no dream team. It is apparent tp any lawyer in their right mind that this case requires a plea.... we see it and we arent lawyers

We've also heard many lawyers say it's crazy for Casey's attorney to not plea this out.  (In other words: she's going down.  Even Geraldo said that last night.)

If Casey gets a new attorney, the trial will be post-poned for a LONG time.

In wanting justice for Caylee...I would prefer to see the justice sooner rather than later.

Agreed Puzzler, but it may mean getting justice now at the risk of having any conviction overturned based upon incompetent representation later.  I would prefer that they get it right the first time, even if it takes a couple of years.

It is unfortunate for JB that his first big case is this one. I bet he has been ok with the DUI's and VOP's.. but to stumble your way in the glare of the public should be a clue to him that he is out of his league. IMO his ambition is greater than his skills. When I graduated from nursing school, I didnt run to the OR and request to be on the transplant team...

I do agree we want any conviction to "stick".

Just thought of something...

You know how trash bags, through forensics, can be determined if they are in the same run, lot, etc.?

Well, what about "pull-ups"?

Remember that one of the items that LE got a search warrant for was "pull-ups with flowers".

Does anyone think that pull-ups (either found in the A's home or in KC's car) could be linked through forensics, too?
