I don't think it was a contest. I think LP wanted to clear the air and provide the people interested in the case with some solid info. He did quell rumors and it was a nice chat. He's old and doesn't understand the technology but it still went well.

JJ - It's always nice to listen to what a person has to say without being interrupted by Nancy Grace.  The actual chat part of the ustream I can do without.

Geraldo, and Kimberly say they would plead this case out right now.

A number of attorneys have said that.  In order to do that I think Casey would have to admit to some kind of guilt...and she will NEVER do that.

Because Baez isn't going for a plea or can't convince KC to let him go for a plea...that will be Baez's downfall in this case.  No jury is going to set her free...I don't know if the prosecution will be able to get the maximum for KC, but it will be something and KC will not be going free.

Oh, and in unlikely case KC does go free, there's still all of those check fraud charges.

I don't think Ricardo is involved either.  The defense minions are just scrambling now to try to point everyone away from focusing on Casey.  Next week we'll hear about someone else no doubt.

Let me get this straight.  Ricardo orginally lied to authorities about his knowledge of chloroform.  Why was he not forthcoming that he had referenced Chloroform on his My Space Account?  If you have nothing to hide ...

I had to go back and read the posts before commenting, but having done that, I'm not at all sure that the intention of the posts and the way they were received are a matched pair. Knowing Tamikosmom, snarkiness is not something I'd expect.

This quote from the article posted below is so, so important.  Did Cindy in fact throw Casey out?  If so, is that what she does not want anyone to tell?  If she threw Casey out, knowing Casey might take Caylee with her, and then planned to seek custody, she must feel that she had a lot to do with the way that events unfolded.  I would not say she was directly to blame, but she certainly must feel some responsibility and must ask What If every day of her life. 

"Just before Caylee disappeared, Cindy was about to throw Casey out of the house and try to get custody of Caylee. She caught Casey lying. At one point, Cindy talked about choking Casey, presumably out of frustration."

I think it is highly unusual and abnormal for someone to resort to choking no matter how frustrated they are. Wow. I say that every time I hear about the choking incident.

Monkeys, this might be a really stupid question, but it's been bugging me for a while. What does Ricardo mean by "baby medicine"? I never heard of any "baby medicine" that puts babies to sleep. I have heard of Benadryl making children sleepy, but that's not necessarily "baby medicine." I am so confused.

My guess would be something like benadryl, cough syrup  etc,........just a guess!

The little English girl that went missing in Portugal while on vacation with her parents...there was a theory that the parents sedated that little girl with childrens medicine, too...
