I googled this area and thought I'd captured at least a link, but unfortunately I did not.  Anyway, I could only see two streets identified and it was the one running vertical on your pic at the tip of the red arrow.  Van Bubali Naar Noord.  This street curves and continues down from the first yellow dot to the left of the arrow.  The street of interest to you, however, was not named, that I could see from my limited map prowess.  The only other street I could see was Weg Bubali Naar Palm Beach, which was to the left of your pic and also running vertically. 

If I get a chance, I will attempt to get a screen shot or the link...unless a super map monkey does so before I do.

I could never discern the "blue cap" in the cage (although I did see what Anna et al were referring to), but if it WAS a cap -- that would be very significant!
