The whole "witness" thing bothers me. Everything was "Gung Ho" on this new witness back in October. Tim was going to Aruba, Jossy was writing articles in Diario (part III -never showed up). Caps promised big "happenings" -- then absolutely NOTHING.

When someone's story cannot be substantiated by the facts as we know them to be (the few that are available to us) it makes it hard for me to find the person (people) telling the story to be credible.

Hate to disappoint anyone but this so-called well is a septic tank, we all have them except for the hotels and some parts of downtown. The only opening is big enough to get a 4� hose into so the waste can be pumped out.

The VDS home is located approx. ½ mile from my home. It is in my estimate approx 10 years old. It is not one of the old cunucu style / type homes that has a cistern, they get their water from the same source that I do, the Alto Vista water tank.
No outhouses that I have ever seen, except for the port-a-potty’s at construction sites.
My first home when I moved here was approx. 40 years old, same type of septic tank I have in my new, one year old home, with a 4 inch opening, no manholes to climb down into it, no way to fit anything larger than 4 inch into.

No oil wells here, this place is solid “clip�, granite rock.

Our water plant is the second largest desalination plant in the world, and yes the water is the best in the world.

I haven't completely given up on the witness.  Early on, there were reports of Paulus and the jeep being seen at 4 am.  Joran could have had salt water burning a cut on his foot and tried to rinse it in a pond.  Anyone could have been on the VDS computer, including Val or Satish or Anita, remotely.  I like to keep the witness, in mind,  but not necessarily draw the same conclusion as to why he saw what he did.

I have no idea.  My guess is MOS isn't telling the truth or that when offerened the complete copy of the poly he refused it.
