ORLANDO, Fla. -- Attorney John Morgan said Tuesday he plans to videotape depositions with Casey Anthony’s family members and release them to the public.

The depositions would be part of a civil suit that Morgan filed for Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman whose name Anthony used when she reported her daughter, Caylee, missing last July.

Morgan earlier this week submitted written questions to Anthony, which her attorney says she will not answer. On Tuesday, Morgan said he wants to take depositions from her parents, Cindy and George Anthony, and her brother, Lee Anthony.

He would videotape them from a space in his office that looks like a real courtroom.

“We plan on inviting the press to hear these depositions as they take place,” said Morgan.

He added that he wants “to bring the parents in to see what they knew…Then we have some surprise questions for them they may have trouble answering.”

In a civil suit, Morgan is trying to clear the name and reputation of Gonzalez, who said she lost her job and suffered because Casey Anthony connected her name with a nanny that Anthony said took Caylee.

Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of Caylee, whose remains were found in east Orange County last month. A trial isn’t expected to start until later this year.

Since Casey Anthony is refusing to answer written questions, which include "were you involved in the death of Caylee," Morgan said he will move to have her countersuit against his client dismissed.

An attorney for Cindy and George Anthony had a heated reaction to Morgan’s plan.

George Anthony remains hospitalized after a recent suicide attempt.

I'm so tempted to send KC's porn picture to Mike Galanos at HLN.......he'd probably get fired, so I guess I won't. 

   Please don't throw nanners at me but , Although I DO think the pic is Kc, looks exactly like the halloween party pic, do we know she really was in the porn industry??  There are a lot of uninhibited people who will pose for their husbands or boyfriends or strangers they hook up with. Many a divorced woman fears that the ex may maliciously send those once "for your eyes only" photos to some random amatuer porn site.

We all probably could agree that KC had littlt morals and wanted to fit in where ever she went, she seemed to instantly latch on to the nearest man, I'd bet a lot of money that if any one of those guys asked her to strip and do other things and let them take pictures, I'm sure she would have.

She was stealing from family and friends so it's not like she had any spending money that she earned. She's a nasty piece of work and I have no doubt that there 1200 pics of her that she was probably very proud of but I think she wasn't together enough to work that job or any other.

Very valid point Mizjay! I have gone back and forth on the ' entertainment' job for months. I really feel if she was involved in this she would not do ridiculous things ( like sign her name to Amys stolen checks, kill her child etc...) that would inhibit her rise "to the top" by drawing unwanted attention to herself. If she didn't want a kid because it is not a wholesome job yet she loved it,  she could have left Caylee with C&G and rode off on her banana. She killed Caylee because she hated Cindy and she did not want to be strapped with a kid that her mom raised yet she was 'forced' to watch. If KC had half a marble, was in the industry and made money she would have hired a babysitter for her and moved out of her mothers house, or put Caylee up for adoption or sold her.

Just because KC was involved in porn doesn't mean that she was good on the business end of it.  Hence the need to steal.  I do not put anything past her.  She's a disgusting low life.

 
ITA she'a disgusting low life and should just rode off on her banana ::MonkeyLaugh::but she was an instant gratification type who, if she had two nickels would've been sporting nicer clothes, bought a cool car, she may have even bought Caylee little things, but according to most of what i've read , she never did. Even a low end pole dancer usually makes pretty good money, enough for rent, food etc.
