I was on joy's site last nite also and no I did not post that crap.  But she said something interesting to me, she stated something to the effect of Lee and Cindy are Tampa???  Tell me if I'm wrong?  I will go back and look later to double check this if her site lets me go back that far.  I wondered why they would be in Tampa,  I know for Superbowl, but also to get away maybe.

That was definetly not a monkey!!!! anyway she said she knows HIM & LE has been watching him for 5 months!!

One more thing, I wonder if Joy is friends with or could be Annie, with the way this trial is playing out I would not be surprised at all, casey and the ant's sure have some strange characters surrounding them.  Some of these people are nuts.  And joy and annie have alot of similiarities, champions for ant's and casey, children, annie has a child? I thought I saw this, live in close proximity of ant's.  Also I think in one videio clip of ant's visiting casey they refer to shirts as being made by annie??  I thought that was weird cause isn't she a witness for the prosecution?? she shouldn't of been palling around with ants.   

Sorry for all the random thoughts today, been holding them back and speculating alot on my own.  This case is crazy.

This type of forensics is so new, it sucks, cause somehow the mystery between the duct tape and the air samples tell the story and as we probably don't have enough high profile cases using this technology it will be a moot point in the case.

I say the Ant's knew and definatly w/out a doubt george knew, you do not forget the smell of a dead body it's a smell like a rock in the pit of your stomach when you get it and it's someone you know, Cindy knows this, but she lives in her own fantasy land.

The technology isnt that new, just not used in a high profile case to set a precedent.  Don't worry about it being moot because its results will coincide with eye/smell witnesses that ALL reported the car smelling foul (inc the Anthonys), the jury will not get passed that, Im extremely confident she will be convicted of murder one.

wendi thank you and you were the inspiration last nite to go to that joys website, I was reading SM on my blackberry and had to come down to the pc to get involved.  Ha Ha!  how that women can even fathom that casey is innocent blows me away.  I asked her directly to tell me what she thought of the case and got no response, got better answers from the jessica character, but she could of been one of the monkeys, it was confusing trying to figure out the players.

Capp, that's re-assuring.  and somebodies gotta go first.(case that is)  I luv the science part of catching the criminals and seeing how it gets played out in the law, sometimes its baffling to me the things that matter and the things that don't.  Like Scott Peterson I just knew he was guilty from day one, gut feeling, and some much stuff that pointed at him, concrete blocks, new secret boat.  Another case was the Danielle girl in CA? taken by the neighbor in the RV.  So little nailed that guy, threads from blanket, bloody handprint, fascinating stuff to me.  Sorry for the ot.

Those forensics are not new at all. They were teaching it at the Body Farm 10 years ago. Many cases have been solved and prosecuted with it, so don't be so quick to discount it. That is why I believe they used ORNL because they are not only the inventors of it, but also the ONLY experts in the nation concerning it. It will be hard for anyone to qualify to discredit it because all the people who have ever worked in it work at ORNL and the Body Farm.

Something has been bothering me from the beginning of this case that I need to get off my mind.  In the interview below…note how she said “That I still – I don’t know where she is”.  Whenever I hear that…I go back to Cindy saying there is always an ounce of truth in all her lies.  So…what if she wasn’t the one that dumped Caylee’s body and at this point in the investigation she really, honestly didn’t know where Caylee’s body was.  This means that there is an accomplice that disposed of Caylee and hadn’t gotten a chance to tell Casey where she was yet.  Or maybe whoever it was never told Casey, since Caylee was so close, because he/she didn’t want Casey to inadvertently draw attention to the spot?!?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: OK. Pretty much everything that you`ve told me, including where Caylee is right now.
CASEY ANTHONY: That I still -- I don`t know where she is.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Sure, you do. And here`s...
CASEY ANTHONY: I absolutely do not...
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Listen to me. Let...
CASEY ANTHONY: ... know where she is.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: This stuff about Zanny the caretaker or the nanny taking care of...

Another thing that has bothered me is all the escort searches she did.  Maybe, just maybe she was an escort and Caylee stayed at some daycare they set up at the brothel so the mothers can go and “work”.  What if something happened to Caylee there and they disposed of Caylee close to Casey’s home to point blame on her? 

I know these scenarios might be “out there” but I needed to get them off of my mind. 

I still lean towards the scenario that Casey killed Caylee the night of the 15th after her fight with Cindy.  I think she was so hyped up that Cindy put her hands on her that she exploded on the only person she could…Caylee.
