yes, I think the Anthony's had their ideas about what Casey did, but what she did is so very hard to swallow or wrap your head around, hence George going off the deep end.

Another thought...what about the knife found in the bad with Caylee, leads me to believe (sorry) soft tissue damage was done and there is no way to prove this, but again you would think there would be forensic evidence on this also.  So what is it with Casey and knives??  One found in the car, one found in the bag with Caylee does not make sense to me.  Or could have been used to cut duct tape maybe.

It could have been to cut duct tape, but what I would like to know is the two knives that they are talking about, how sharp are they? If they are very sharp maybe she did damage to Caylee's body.

I think the knife found in the car was to cut up some of those Velvetta cheeses.

When my brain fog clears I will go back thru KC's phone bill to find the call/calls.....I can't wait for the day I don't have to go thru that and listen to KC and Cindy interviews to refresh my memory......it is IMO extreme torture!

January 30, 2009-This link is to Greta video with Mark Furman. Mark takes us on a 4 minute video tour starting from CA house driving to the crime scene; views of the severe roughage in/at the crime scene then off to Amscot and their 6 surveillance cameras and 2 gas stations a few feet from where KC abandoned her car on June 27. Note that KC said she ran out of gas and 2 males helped push her car out of traffic and into the parking area.

This is my own hand typed transcript: 2:30mintue video:  Female news caster on Feb 1, 2009: “Uh OK alright well you asked and we listened and we are going to deliver because in during the last few weeks many of you have emailed us about Geraldo interview with Cindy A. back in July he did this it was fantastic and in fact your interest was so overwhelming you left us no choice but to oblige."

   Geraldo: Cindy do you know who the father of the child is? And where is he? Cindy: um I never met the Child um Caylee’s father but Caylee’s father is dead. Geraldo:  Do you know that for a fact? Do you have documented proof? Cindy: ~ yes- yes I yes there is an obituary but the only thing is I do not remember his last name I did see the obituary. But there’s not a father listed on Caylee’s birth certificate and that was a mutual decision between KC and the father. Geraldo: Cindy may I ask if you think the family of the father is in any way directly or indirectly involved in the Childs disappearance?  Cindy: ABsolutely NOT. Geraldo: I know that Jose the attorney believes that KC should be allowed out of jail what’s your opinion grandma?  Cindy: I think KC being in jail is an hindrance because KC has NO contact with the people that SHE wants to talk to. Geraldo: Any suggestion of who the adult or adults might be who have your granddaughter? Cindy: Um I have given some suggestions to the Orange County Sheriff department yea. Geraldo: Do you care to share them with us might they not help the citizen search?  Cindy: Our you fricken kiddN M~~~ (trails off) –chuckle- are you kidding ME? (Defensive TONE) Do you think I want to impede an investigation on the search of my granddaughter? By the Orange County Sheriff department? Geraldo: Cindy ok Cindy I do not want to Again I am not your enemy I am your friend UM OK Jose Baez – (at this point Cindy interrupts Geraldo in mid sentence and says) Cindy: Well then act like my friend please! Geraldo: But what, Well, what, I am not exactly sure what exactly you want me to do here?... TELL us what you want us to know I don’t want to argue with you and I don’t want to be a news dentist to your extract things unwillingly from you Um tell us what you want us to know tonight as you sit there. Cindy: There’s a ..LOT.. of time after we find Caylee to figure out the facts that lead up to why she is missing so the focus is to find the child and if the media does not see that then the media is not doing justice to Caylee.

My point and opinion and theory mixed with some absolute facts: CA signed an exclusive deal with FOX. FOX and CA set up a public memorial date of ..Feb 10, 2009.. to be broadcast exclusively on Fox. Someone from CA camp prematurely released this information. February sweeps is ALL networks bread and butter --money making advertising set dollars—Ratings- etc known as sweeps week/month. Please refer to old blog explaining sweeps. Back to my point: Thursday was court date for KC we all know how CA has a pathological need to ONE up KC in the news. Some one released the actual date that WAS set with FOX. At the same time Geraldo advertised on his web site an exclusive sit down interview with CA. SEE the picture of the screen shot from Geraldo’s website.

THEN Fox figured out it did NOT have the exclusive bombshell news to be credited to FOX. In my opinion Fox went ballistic. CA camp rescinded the date in fact BRAD has been MIA and not said a word. BUT various NON named peeps stated that the date is tentative or the date had not been set or the date was Feb 3 or the remains have NOT been released or the aliens have not returned Caylee yet but when they DO or any other various excuses. Notice how this damage control has NOT been done by CA or BRAD or any actual named person??  Geraldo never changed his web site. (my opinion is FOX wanted to see how much the ratings jumped just from the website advt.) BUT Geraldo did have Jose and Ms. Baden on for less than 2 minutes to say nothing except that KC cant get a fair trial and people are KC haters boo hoo. Geraldo never said he would not be on Air Sunday!!  BUT Sunday came and Fox website still said CA exclusive. AND Geraldo was absent Sunday and to cover FOX arss they pretended that they where talking about Geraldo’s NON exclusive interview with CA back in July when she sat down and did 100 in one day.  WHATS MY POINT?  Remains have been cremated and the hold up was CA and Jose fighting over the DEAL and then FOX who already had a deal with Jose/KC  signed a deal with CA for exclusive rights to broadcast the public memorial during sweeps month in February. I bet all the money in the world this Feb date for sweeps was set up all along!! And the caveat was that the date and exclusive interview would be broke on Geraldo’s news cast on the weekend!  THEN come Monday ALL the news agency would be talking about FOX. BUT when the date was prematurely released and Geraldo got the shaft COVER UP came into play. When things die down we will see a replay on FOX. Fox will get what it paid FOR!  As for anyone who says it depends on when the defense returns the remains over to the family—GET that person name as no one can contribute it to a person who can be held accountable for lying. YES lying!  Caylee has been cremated sometime ago in January. I have this on  very good reliable source!  I guess one can call a cremated person “remains”  BUT still the hold up to the public memorial is NOT the defense. Notice how Brad used the words burial and then everything changed to memorial? Notice that funeral and family private funeral has never been said after Jan 12? As I stated sometime ago- when the cremation was done- the family had a few private words when they received Caylee. ALL we are seeing NOW is a cover up and LIES.

NOTICE:  CA  July 19 interview is much different than WHAT CA said under oath on July 22 about Caylle BIO dad! CA said she did not know who the babby daddy was and thought it was Jesse.  NOW how can CA said with 100% absolute FACT that on July 17 that the baby daddy family had no involement in Caylle's disappearnace?  hmm  makes you wonder?? (CA 911 call was July 15)

Shortly after the Dec 11 Caylee remain discovery, the detectives twice searched the A's home for any evidence connected to the NEW crime scene.

Investigators took plastic bags that look the same as the black trash bag with yellow handles in which Caylee's remains were found.  The trash bag in which Caylee's body was placed is also identical in appearance to a bag CA gave to detectives in July AND every other person has in the house in my opinion.  Remeber the lady who left work one day and went to CA home because she saw on TV that the A's placed their garbage out on the curb so she felt the need to steal it? later it was turned over to the police--another words the police have black garbage vags in which to compare to the one found with Caylee in it.

ERIN toot  toot--thank you for finding this  and sharing this with us!!  This photo is a document stating on   Oct 10, 2008  the police obtained Lee A. DNA and the invesitgator asked the forensic lab to specifically test Lee's DNA against Caylee DNA--here is my opinion- if Lee was the father of Caylee then the medical examiner would have notified Lee on Dec 19 and NOT  KC and the remains would be in Lee custody etc and not CA.

The duct tape was found around the skull. The hair had to be cut in order to remove the duct tape from the skull/hair and send the duct tape to forensics who found the heart shape sticker residue and later another team recovered the actual sticker.  The reports indictate the black bag was NOT duct tape closed.

1st Hispanic to Lead Big University

AUSTIN, Texas - A Mexican-American pediatric surgeon will become the nation's first Hispanic to preside over a major university system when Dr. Francisco Cigarroa takes the helm at the Univeristy of Texas System.  "Challenges really don't dissuade me from pursuing important opportunities," Cigarroa said.

Jose Baez, an Orlando attorney, when asked of his thoughts on the Dr. Cigarroa assignment, responded by stating, "Hey, remember I'm the 1st Hispanic attorney representing a client on a national basis."

I think a plea deal would be by far the most sensible thing for Casey to do.  But we have to remember that to a sociopath, any type of fame or recognition, even for a heinous crime like this one, is better than being anonymous.  We wonder how Casey can smile in the courtroom, and the answer has to be that she enjoys the attention she is getting, the way everything seems to be centered around her.  Although she is despised by most people, she is on tv and in the papers and has become a household word.  Likewise, for Baez, this is a win situation.  Lawyers need to be known, and he has been catapulted into the limelight along with Casey.  He has little to lose by going ahead with a trial.  The publicity is golden for him, even if Casey is convicted.  He, too, becomes a famous attorney, a household name, not just a name in the legal section of the phonebook.  And who knows...he may get to write a book or otherwise make money off the case once it is over.

JVM just previewed what she will be talking about on issues today.  She had scathing words for Baez bringing in the white rubber band bracelet & they are going to discuss why the remains have not been released by Baez and why the Anthony family is now telling the church NO to the public memorial service due to the remains NOT being released yet.    As I have stated repetitively there is NO reason for the remains to be held up - NONE, there is nothing else that can be done with them & samples of what was able to be tested were already reserved.  Additionally, there is NO reason why the family cannot go forward with a public memorial to honor Caylee's memory NONE.  If we find out that this beautiful babygirl was cremated already & this is nothing but a pissing match more concerned about defending Casey there should be an outrage like no other!   Did Baez really make that remark when asked to comment about that doctor, seriously?  Because if he did he's as much a narcissist as his client & I hope they keep giving him a pass to continue defending his murdering slore client because she will surely be convicted, justifably so.

Im just beyond disgusted with all these f'd up characters in this case!!

Hello monkeys and welcome new monkeys.

This is O/T but since it's slow I thought I would ask.
My DD read a book in school and they are setting up a courtroom and having a trial about the book.

It's about a 17 year old boy that got a riffle for his birthday and went into his back yard and shot it and the bullet hit a man working on his roof four blocks away and died. The boy at the time didn't know this happened but later learns what happened and didn't tell and hid the riffle.

My ?? is does any monkey know of a real life case close to this one that my DD could read about it and what the out come was. She is the proscuter.

It has been close to two months since Caylee was found, I can't believe she still hasn't been laid to rest and that there's been no memorial service whatsoever. The A's spent all those months having vigils at a church when they claimed she was still alive, now that she's been found (over a month and 1/2 ago!) they don't even have a service for her at the church??? It just makes no sense and is so contradictory of what they were doing when they said she was still alive. Why is it they never seem to do anything that makes sense, what most people expect they would do? I just don't get it sometimes. Can't they just do the right thing, and not put themselves first??? Between them and JB & Co., all they do is blame someone else (either media, or LE, or the public) for all their problems!

Long-time lurker, first time posting (kind of nervous).  I just wanted to say I’ve been fascinated with this case since the beginning.  I’ve never seen so many interesting characters, and I’ve never seen such a dysfunctional family.  I just hope KC was dumb enough to leave fingerprints on the duct tape and that investigators are able to lift some off.
