Wanted to share something I found on a search engine when looking up Gil Cabot stuff yesterday. I don't read dailybs but this concerns a call he had with Todd Black and his thoughts(which are wrong)

There are those who choose to report tabloid material, we choose to publish the facts. Since I’ve been patrolling the net and dissecting the filth put out there, the question remains, who is Gil Cabot?

Shannon Stoy sent the Padilla’s her report, which implicates Todd Black as Gil. I told people she was wrong. She only provides the half truths, this is the full truth.

I spoke with Todd Black, spokesperson for Jose Baez, who got back to me earlier today regarding Cabot and various topics, which will also be discussed. Some key points:

Gil Cabot was arrested for his charges, however, what Stoy didn’t tell you was that he was actually cleared of wrong doing, and received a judgment for being charged wrongly.
Cabot sold his company to Todd Black’s company and they swallowed the company into their own company.
The most interesting thing said about Gil Cabot was that he won a state lottery, which is public record, and took his winnings and went off overseas. What country, I’m not aware of. All I was told was that the time zone is about 10 hours difference with Eastern Standard Time.
I asked Todd why it is that people associate himself as Cabot. “He gives lectures for a group & if it’s not me, it’s someone else in the group we work with here.” He said he brings Cabot on, from time to time, to speak at conferences.

Todd Black noted to me in our discussion that the cell phones he carries with him is tapped into his office. In other words, the phones are cloaked to prevent people from knowing where they are at.
Now, in speaking with Black, I did discuss what was said regarding Shannon Stoy but he laughed it off, and said he didn’t care.

“The FBI knows the information isn’t credible but they still have to report on it because someone requested it. If Leonard or Tony Padilla want to run reports to the FBI, they have that choice” Black said.

When he was asked why he was taken off the Casey Anthony case, he said he’s still involved in the case, but is working with law firm partners in Chicago.
He mentioned something, which does concern me. Both Jose Baez and Todd Black have jobs, it’s natural for many to dislike them because they work for the defense and for their client’s interest. Regardless of my opinion of Casey Anthony, the fact that they tackle high profile cases puts them at risk.

“Just today, there were three voicemails of death threats against Jose Baez on his life.” Who would make threats? I dislike a lot of people but I don’t call them and threaten their life because it makes you look like an idiot. If you dislike Baez, fine. Be firm, state your opinion, but leave the threats at the door.

I asked Todd why that is.

“When we covered the Michael Jackson trial, it was the same thing. People would leave threatening remarks and we would have them looked into. It happens when you take on high profile cases. WFTV did a report about how we operate in secrecy, you can see why.”

I can see why there is secrecy. It’s not an issue for me, you do that to protect yourselves. I think often times people forget their human.

While the media & selective people continue to spin the facts, we go directly to the source, as that is what we do. I don’t like “hearsay” information, I’d rather have direct clarity on the issue at hand then to make up a story or fabricate the details.

My opinion on the case is of my own and many know where I stand. I am also a believer in the truth, and Black deserved to be heard. Sure, he was a bit harsh, very critical of statements I made, but he respected my profession, as I told him I just wanted to get the truth out there, and thanked him for his time.

I did want to point this out, since it was e-mailed me to me. It is Black’s profession to be stern, I’m not going to argue with that and I’m not going to spin it either. I’m aware Black speaks to a lot of people, I value his opinion and would welcome him on our show, if he should ever choose. He is overall a very nice man, once you talk to him.

Morning monkeys~last night I was bored and after hearing that Sin-dy put the rubber bracelet in the sock and that Baez knew NOTHING about it, I took my daughters yellow rubber bracelet in 3 different styles of socks........want to know the outcome? it was bulky and made the socks lock deformed, you could see the shape and rigidness thru every pair I tried. If Jpse didn't put it there and missed that - well, then he is even more of a dumbarse than I thought before (and, that's a tall order).

I also tried the car keys unlocking the car door thru the cell phone and that worked too!

I posted a thought last night about the escort service . Since GA & CA seem to have been on the outs for quite some time and rumor has it they had separate bedrooms...maybe GA was the one checking out the escort services forhis on use. What do you guys think?

It's likely, but I can't understand why he would be looking for escorts outside of Orlando.  Also, with GA shoddy employment, it would mean Cindy would be footing the bill for the escorts.

On Monday, June 9, 2008, between 9am and 1pm, I took Caylee to the Sawgrass apartments, located on Conway Rd. Caylee’s nanny, Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, has watched her for the past year and a half, to two years. Zenaida is twenty-five years old, and is from New York. She is roughly 5foot 7 inches tall, 140 pounds. She has dark brown, curly hair, and brown eyes. Zenaida’s birthday is in September. I met Zenaida, through a mutual friend, Jeffery Michael Hopkins. She had watched his son, Zachary Hopkins, for about 6 months, to a year. I met Zenaida in 2004, around Christmas. On the date listed above, June 9, 2008, after dropping Caylee off at Zenaida’s apartment, I proceeded to head to my place of employment, Universal Studios Orlando. I have worked at Universal for over 4 years, since June of 2004.

A  … nanny.  Now um, I don’t know the full name I know that the other detectives have her full name, I don’t have it.  She calls…her nickname I guess is Zani the nanny.

A  Um, but that’s basically what I know.  That’s like almost extend of what K knew about the nanny.

7/17/08 Police interview Maria Kissh   MK: She said she had a nanny and she was very adamant about pointing out the fact  that she paid her nanny four hundred bucks a week to take care of Caylee. She said the nanny was a friend. She never gave a name. Uhm, she said the father of Caylee was deceased.

PR: Did she ever mention she was with a nanny or something like that?

SD: She had a couple times before, yeah (affirmative), oh, she's with a nanny tonight. But that was, she never went into detail and I never asked anything about it. She  just said nanny every time. She didn't really give us a name or anything. She  just said nanny. Which well I thought it was weird. I always thought her mom  took care of her when she wasn't with her.

EE: And as far as a nanny, that's when we touched upon, do you know the nanny? Have you met the nanny?

JG: I never met Zani before, but I've heard the name Zani for at least six months.

JG: Absolutely not. I didn't know anything about Zani. No descriptions. I just knew the name.

AH: Yes.

EE: And there was another name you mentioned?

AH: She told me the names and I don't, I couldn't at first remember when all of this happened. But then after hearing the name uhm, it does sound like the name that she told me. But Zani was what she always used except for the one time that I questioned Zani the nanny.

EE: She ever describe her? No? Where she lived? Monies paying her?

AH: I never asked. It wasn't my business.

EE: You ever witness a phone call to her or from her?

AH: Not that I can recall.

RM: Zani. Uhm, and she did confirm at the time that her actual name was Zenita.

Now that my brain fog is fading (a little), I have been thinking about the liar librarian half-azzed business suit she-devil wore for the last hearing.......and the reason I say "half-azzed"?.......anyone want to venture a guess??

I can't think of a any clues that wouldn't give it away.....but what made me wonder about this was (allegedly) Cindy's hiding the Caylee "forever in our hearts" bracelet hidden in she-devil's half-azzed suit.

I myself was rewatching her in court, with that suit, which is very tight, matter of fact, I noticed she was messin with her buttons on front of jacket, the buttons are spread a bit.  then, she is watching baez write, and she leans over with her hand, and takes a pen from his hand as he is writting something.   THere is just something about their demeanor that bothers me. A sort of familiarity one only gets from being close with another.  ANd, still shaking my head at her smiles....

I won't even begin to comment about her (slore) behavior.....

The color of the suit got me thinking.....1st because of the sick color......very similar to the color of duct-tape. But then I wondered why she would wear such "casual" jean like slacks with that business style jacket. I mean why not wear the matching slacks to
"the suit"???.....that's when I had my own uh-huh moment......lol

Could this be the jacket that matched the gray slacks Cindy washed that were in KC's car?? They are now evidence in the hands of the FBI forensics lab........therefore, no matching slacks for the jacked KC to wear to court.

Anyone else have opinions about this???

I couldn't see much of the slacks, but, IMO, a grey jacket with navy pants is not so very "out there."

I think the pants that Cindy washed were pin-striped.

Darla, what was reported on Nancy Grace on 9/26/08 were  54 sites visited.  I really believe it was Casey who was touring these sites, as it was her laptop computer (not the home computer) that these sites came from.

I just read the post with the article from Sean Krause.  Krause seems like such an angry person (I know he's ill---terminal from what I hear), but one day he's on someone's side, the next he's not.  He did that w/ Cindy.....when everyone was being critical of Cindy he jumped on her side and started emailing her, etc.  Then he finally got a taste of the true Cindy and he got the hint.  Now Krause is on 'Todd Black's' side.  Probably will be for a bit, just to get attention until Black crosses him, or just makes a fool of him.  Then we'll hear a different story from Krause.  Oh well, whatevs.

CasuallyCool that is so funny, and to think that sleazy motel has become a tourist attraction, wait I bet Cindy has called the manager for her cut of the extra money coming in because it was her husband that put the motel on the map.

Good morning monkies-GA would have no need for an escort service. That particular is right in the heart of the "red light district" If you get my drift. Ga stated to Chitwood that he was staying there because he was broke, but he probably coulda gotta a little something for 10 bucks. LOL

I have a feeling George got an "allowance" from Cindy.....since KC's incarceration George has been regularly depositing $25-50 bucks/week. Cindy probably only gives him $50/week. He probably skipped his weekly deposit to KC so he could get a room, which was $35.......throw in the beer and chips....the poor man's broke.

KC might have to cut back on her junk food order very soon if George is cutting off  $$ for her commissary account.
