Defense team right?? I would love to know who is paying for all these experts

Was he a lawyer ?
I also wonder where the money is coming from. These ppl ( the " experts " etc seem to be connected to the OJ case ( Dr. Henry Lee, Dr. M Baden  ) and the Phil Spector case (Badens ). And the WHY of it. Why this case ? The Anthonys have no money, no celebrity, are odious people, are not a ethnic minority, no one has had their rights violated. Why do they want to find her not guilty ? Why do they need to put such a high powered effort into this particular case ?
Are they trying to get her found not guilty by any means possible to prove a point ? That the justice system doesn't seem to work if you have unlimited funds for a defense ? That THEY the great and WONDERFUL Badens, Lees etc can get a not guilty verdict defending the worst possible case ?
We saw justice go corrupt in Aruba, but this is not Aruba, is it ?

OK   Ive about had it with this defense and all these dream team members,     as of this weekend I am going to Orlando and rent a bill board myself, I will hire the best I can afford to paint this billboard with a picture of Caylee and underneith this picture Im gonna put ................where was her dream team!!!!!!!!!   I cant take it anymore, Im so sick and tired of Baez and his freaked up sense of whats right and whats not.......I will think up some choice words to put on this billboard to show just how messed up this has all become, directed at her lying murdering Mother and Baez and his dream team and whoever else I can get away with knocking down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!un-freaking real........Im sick to death of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On NG tonight, they said that since George's mandatory 72 hours has passed, he's in Halifax of his own accord and will be there until HE decides he's ready to leave.

Hmmmm......

Wonder how long it will take George to think things over and decide he wants to get back into the fray?

I'm thinking....he'll get out just before Caylee's memorial.

I've pretty much given up posting here for some seem kind of caught up in this and that.  Sometimes this and that have zero revelance to the legal case. and no one ever responds to my queries.

WKMG Channel 6 in Orlando had a teaser on for the 11pm news...says that there is a new high profile person on the Casey Anthony case.  I didn't see anything on their website yet.

Does anyone know of any reports re. KC being on prescription meds (ala anti-depressants or the like) at any juncture?  I ask because two folks I know very well were "put" on them while they were in their respective "situational" grief periods and they were not themselves at all.

Thankfully, they both recognized those meds were not for them and they were back to normal after having quit using those meds pretty quickly.  But the change in them was so marked and shocking that I've long wondered about the alleged perp.

I'm just wondering.  Of course I know there are superfreaks who don't give a flying you know what about others.

Kat    you said it right, unholy alliance.
   I've been curious about where these big names are coming from also. I really think it's being orchestrated by Cabot. One of his pet peeves is media "convicting" innocent people ( like himself). He probably has contacts that he can call and lure them in with the promise of big publicity. I just don't believe Baez is savvy enough to be able to hobnob with high profile jerks or.... maybe his pal whorealdo is helping.

I knew what you meant ....it's a good idea! Its all just so frustrating... I say it's a good idea but then I wouldn't want to give Biass cause for saying COV. And thats what is most infuriating... not much is about Caylee anymore. Where are her rights? Who really loved her??? It's all about money, money money...it's just so sad. Not even her grandparents loved her. Not the way real love should be, she was/is a posession to them. Cindy did not call 911 cause she was worried about Caylee ( if she really was she'd have called 31 days prior), Cindy picked up that phone to get KC in trouble. God only knows what would have happened if she'd never reached that point and the sad thing with that is there are 1000's of children out there that we may never know are missing/dead... all because of family secrets. I have a message for your billboard " How many children never know love? Hug your child today."

Hi Monkeys.  Interesting news tonight.  So, Todd Black is Gil Cabot, heh?  Why does Cabot feel the need to hide behind the name Todd Black?  Maybe he's more sensitive about his felonious past than anyone thought. 

There are a lot of so-called experts on this case, aren't there?  However, the experts that have signed on to the Anthony team do seem to have shaky reputations.  Maybe those are the only ones Baez could get to throw in with him. 

I've been wondering lately why we haven't seen Cindy.  She has withdrawn and not made any appearances.  George is getting care (I hope), but she has just disappeared.

I second that Always 1. Foggy Dew, I do not know the answer to your question though. If we are to believe Cindy, KC did not want to go to counseling. If we are to guess why LE asked the boyz if they have ever had STDs we might assume she had never been to a doctor ( or at least that kind). KC was an adult and therefore no longer on Cindys insurance. She never held a job and there were no benefits for Caylee ( I don't see how she would be eligible because KC didn't list a father). Cindy has never mentioned it and I would have thought she would have if she were on meds. I think KC took her meds recreationally only.

I've got two trains of thought on the dream team . Baez is 100% sure , and it's true, that this case has exploded into a media sensation that has his small town mind reeling. He's smart enough at least to recognize that he alone is not competent to handle it, likely he would have to step down, step away from his spotlight unless he manages to get appropriate co counsel. So instead of seeking help from qualified local attys, he puts his PR "team" on growing a venus flytrap for schemey lawyers, whoila..... the current crop of dubious names.

My other thought is that this was a simple case of a stupid, selfish,girl that murdered her little child, but it got NG's attention and snowballed into a huge media circus, it then attracted a guy who HATES media condeming poor innocent party girls.

All of it is disgusting and I really worry sometimes that JB is such an incompetent lead counsel that it'll get thrown out and have to be done over.

You haven't upset me.  My posts/replies are only based on how I've figured out how to post/reply.  So no harm/no foul.

Though I would like to state I'm proud to be a "loser" Monkey--I think Newfie said I can be part of that club ha ha.

I do have some thoughts re. Miss Caylee and the cast of characters.  But don't sweat my queries or tantrums.  Please know that folks like you and SM will bring justice to "our" wee girl, Miss Caylee.

Like all of the Monkeys, I'm just so sad about Miss Caylee...and royally PO that alleged perp might skate.

The worst thing'd be that SM give clueless defense bright ideas.
