my son used to go to the church where the memorial is going to be Tuesday. it's a high tech kind of church, they broadcast their church services on local tv...or they did a couple years ago.  I am sure there will be a lot of tourists there...already look at the big deal being made of the hotel George was at.

Honestly, what more can they say at this point?  If he files this so called "silent" motion that will only make them look even MORE guilty.  Casey has already been tried and convicted by the public in regards to this case...no amount of motion filing or "ums" is going to save her bum now.

The fact that he "doesnt have details" which is a crock is because they DO plan on showing pictures or video of Casey & Caylee together and they dont want the advance backlash

This is so rude, a public service not paid by the Anthonys as the First Baptist Church is just that.  Like or not most of the world know Casey killed Caylee & have a disdain for how this dysfunctional family continues to cover it up.

I don't think they are members at all.  It is a very large church  and they were looking for a large venue.  I think the church volunteered to let them have it there.  This church seems pretty practiced at handling large crowds ... they had some of the presidential candidates during the campaign.

Why in a church that size are they worried about who shows up???? It's so HUGE, would LP sitting on the upper balcony bother them? How about if the Grunds are clear across the other side of the church, will that ruin it for them? This is a memorial for Caylee and her memory, not about who they don't want to include. Instead of being negative, they should do the positive thing and let who ever wants to be there, to be there. I don't think it will look so good if we see them on camera screaming and kicking someone out and calling them names. If they want to do that, so be it, they have to live with themselves and how they choose to handle it. It just doesn't sound right to me that they would "turn people away" or just kick people out. That is just so low!

QM...I have been thinking about this also. I don't see the need for a church this size unless it's the church that the family is a member of ?

Who is going to come?

Family....so far, non of the extended family has shown any interest in the A's at least publicly or shown any support for them...Rick is the only member who has even spoken to anyone as far as I know.

Friends of the family..from what I've seen, you could count these on one hand.

Tourists that want to be able to say "I was there" I dunno..with cameras not being allowed, that would take the numbers out of that group..

Who's left ? the Lawyers...Lee, GA, CA, Mallory(possibly) Kidfinders....  and the SM list of people who won't be allowed...??? Maybe LE I dunno..

Any thoughts ???

Conway said the state and the defense have both stated they are "done" with the remains, which are still at the funeral home.

Still no plans for burial.

EXACTLY!  On top of that, anything all about Caylee should not include Casey.  I surely hope that the jail denies their request to allow her to watch.

You are absolutely right Mags.  Back in elementry school when someone would anger us we would go "you are not my friend anymore and you are not coming to my birthday party"......that is how they sound!

BLAH BLAH BLAH  all this is about is publicity to garner sympathy and try to persuade individuals that may be part of a jury pool   Im sickened.

He's full of it that they did not ask for a private meeting at the jail.  THE CIRCUS was created by the originator Casey & then her mother chewing her cud on national TV putting forward lies and garbage.   He can ask to seal the deposition all he wants sooner or later they will be made public record as soon as it is filed whether videotaped or by transcript - the most they will seal it is if they can prove that may be charged in connection to Caylee's death as accessory after the fact.

HNL just cut off but  WFTV is still carrying his comments, Brad just admitted that the Anthony family put the bracelet in Casey's clothes for court & they did it to show support to their daughter.   well, doesnt that speak volumes!
