According to Conway the Anthonys aren't going to speak, I wonder who is all going to speak, if the memorial is going to be two hours?

If I heard him correctly, he said that Cindy and George would be there, but probably would not speak.

He also said he did not know details of the service.

So I would not be surprised if they DO speak.

I'm sure Cindy will speak.

Is it possible for Cindy to not speak?  I find that hard to believe.  I also find it hard to believe that she won't say something to the effect that 'my daugher Casey loved Caylee ... she was a wonderful mother' ....

O she'll speak but its gonna be by endless video clips of Casey & Caylee appearing that Casey gave a dang but was never home or caring for her daughter as we know now DESPITE what Cindy claims...George and Cindy both made too many references that Caylee was very often in their constant care

They are discussing possibility with change of venue - I say its futile to change it because as the defense attorneys inc Brad Conway (dont be fooled otherwise) its a national turned international case, plus everyone keeps forgetting the significance of what the cost will be to the State AND federal taxpayers to transport, house & feed a huge prosecuting & defense team along with experts for both sides & over 100 witnesses.

LP made an interesting point I think:  that Baez'd be smart to keep trial in Orlando to avail jurors the opp to visit different locales imp to the case.   But of course, that knife cuts both ways (so to speak).

There is already a local grass roots movement that is promoting to NOT attend the "sanctioned memorial", since we all know that it's all about Cindy and her desire to "control things", and not about Caylee.  Central Florida locals will be doing the following, and would encourage others around the globe who wish to memorialize Caylee to do the same:

At the start of the "sanctioned memorial", light a candle in honor of Caylee.  At the end of the "sanctioned memorial", no matter where you live in the world, go outside and release 1 or 2 or 5 or 10 (or as many as you want), enviro friendly Pink Balloons in honor of Caylee.  Let's all honor Caylee in the way that she should be honored, without limitations, restrictions, or someone trying to make a buck off of her.

That is WONDERFUL FloridaKatz!  Pink Balloons will be flying and a candle will be burning in Indiana.  I hope they get the word out so next to noone attends!  I will say a personal goodbye to that baby girl ... and have nothing to do with those supporting her murderer.

At my church, it is a PUBLIC place, i.e. say there is a wedding or funeral, if a person (not involved with the wedding/funeral Mass feels the need to go light a candle or say a prayer, that person has the right to go into the church and do that. What makes Cindy and George have the right to tell who can and can't come into the church? JSM is stupid about religion, so please help me out! TIA JSM

Yes I noticed that early on.  If she and friends went into those woods as kids you better believe they would sneak out and go by the woods which would make her trip there in total cover and a much shorter trip than walking by way of the road.
