Kasen says his client described a 24 year old with no children. The Zenaida suing is in her 30's and has several kids. Kasen filed three motions in her civil court on Casey's behalf. A motion to dismiss with prejudice; That asks the judge to drop the suit, and would not allow it to be re-filed. The second motion, is a motion for sanctions. Kasen wants Zenaida's attorney Keith Mitnik of the Morgan and Morgan to be penalized by the courts for fling what he claims to be a frivolous lawsuit. On top of that Kasen filed a motion for a ?57.105?. That asks that the plaintiff and her attorney pay for his legal fees.

The motions should be logged into record at the courthouse early next week. Messages for Gonzalez's attorney were not returned

Well, without giving this individual more attention than it deserves I will state right here that this individual's focus should be fore the well being of her granddaughter & not focused on this case especially how it impacted her - although its clear Cindy exploited this child's sympathy & belief its up to grandma to distance this case from their family.   I cannot condone or respect someone who doesnt put the welfare of a minor above all else.

I agree, but if Dakota is welcomed to attend, and grandma isn't, that is going to be more heartache for Dakota. What a mess.

Honestly ... and I've tried to keep my opinions to myself on this issue .. because for God's sake ... this is a little girl ... no matter how she is being exploited!!  Dakota should have never ... repeat never ... been involved in this ... and the only reason she is/was  is her caretaker/parent/guardian ... IMO ... wanted attention ... Yet another dysfunctional famiy/person glomming onto this story for national attention ... makes me sick to my stomach ... but ... they all seem to get it ... and the money that follows ... makes me wonder which came first ... the chicken or the egg ... attention & money vs Caylee's murder & publicity ...

I do not think it is in this child's best interest to attend this public memorial with or without a family member.  Months ago she should have been in steady counseling & diverted from this case with the assistance of a professional (and yes there are options for this for those that cannot afford it).

You know, this kills me about people dropping money in Casey's account! Damn it! There are shelters, Soup kitchens, families without heat or food that need that help. They are trying to keep their families together, not killing off their offspring to go party! Give your fricking money to them, not to this monster to buy Twinkies!!

I wish people would pull their heads out of their azz's and really think about where to donate their "extra" cash! Take a look at the little girl who goes to school hungry or goes to bed hungry then glance over at baby killer Casey stuffing her face with Doritos and Chicken Instant Lunches. Who gets your money????

I agree completely, I give all my old (not too old) cell phones to the soldiers, I don't know what Baghdad pups are but it sounds like a good cause that would truly break my heart. Anything, but money to KC

My next door neighbor is the store manager at a Publix grocery store here in my neighborhood.  I called her earlier today and put my order in for a dozen pink balloons for Caylee.  I'm picking them up first think on Tuesday morning. 

Another local Monkey and I will also be releasing 1,000 pink balloons for Caylee, on the day the verdict comes down on Casey (whether it's a year or 5 or ten years from now).  Approximately one for each day that Caylee lived.  This will be our way of celebrating justice for Caylee.  And we plan to release them at Jay Blanchard Park in Orlando.

I just wrote him an email and I am going to call him in the morning about how horribly this reflects not only on the Baptist Church, but all Christians. If anyone else wants to here is the contact information.

George, Cindy Anthony To Attend Caylee Memorial
Security Will Be Tight, Attorney Says

ORLANDO, Fla. -- George and Cindy Anthony plan to be at a public memorial service for their granddaughter, Caylee, their attorney said Friday afternoon.

Attorney Brad Conway said security will be tight so that no one disrupts the service, which is planned for 10 a.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church of Orlando on John Young Parkway.


The service will be a 5,000-seat worship at the church, which is located at 3000 S. John Young Parkway.

Hundreds if not thousands of people are expected to gather to pay their respects to the toddler.

The family finalized plans Thursday for a memorial service for Caylee and everyone is welcome.

People attending Tuesday morning will have to pass through a metal detector before they go inside.

Pastors at the First Baptist Church of Orlando said they want this service to reflect the dignity and respect Caylee deserves.

All bags of any kind will be prohibited along with back packs, cell phones and recording devices. With as many as 5,000 people attending, church officials said they want to make sure everyone is there for the right reason.

The public memorial for Caylee is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 10 at 10 a.m. Doors open two hours before the service.

Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony, is in the Orange County Jail charged with her daughter's murder.

Casey Anthony will be able to watch the televised memorial service.

Meanwhile, WESH 2 learned Thursday that Orange County taxpayers have picked up $10,000 in expenses for the attorney representing the former meter reader who discovered Caylee Anthony's remains.

That's according to David Evans, the attorney who has fielded media offers and accompanied Roy Kronk to interviews with detectives working the case.

Kronk is a county employee who this week started a new inventory specialist job.

From here on out Evans said it will be up to the county to decide if they want to continue with the arrangement or have Kronk pick up the legal bill.

That is an excellent question. I too think there will be drama. Just what this case needs. I f*&king really hate Cindy and George and anyone who thinks this is all okay. It is so abnormal.
The pastor thinks the community needs healing. So he goes along with this and more shh&t hits the fan. I am not a baptist, whatever that is. If they are, I am glad I am not in the same club. I am not even maing any sense, NG is on, like I will get smart watching that show ! 
Maybe someone should come over here and take the keyboard away from their Mumma. Like the olden days when the kiddos keyboard went bye bye for a while !  lol

Aw .. I haven't heard of Baghdad pups either ...but have to metion that my nephew met some puppies in Afghanistan a year or so ago ... was not allowed to bring them home ... went back recently and they had stayed at that secret "instillation" apparently well loved by the soldiers who came after him ... was so overwhelmed to see them again and be able to send pics back to his family ...

I always knew that dogs held a special place in my heart ... but had never imagined the place they hold in the hearts of our soldiers ... my nephew said puppies are  "a little piece of home" ... "puppies smell the same and love the same ... no matter what side of the world or war they are on" ... brought tears to my eyes!  God Bless our soldiers ... extra specially my nephews ...

Lenny just nationally told Cindy!   He's the only one officially told BY CINDY that he cannot attend, he wasnt going anyways because "its Cindy's memorial not Caylee's"

Now that was a good part of NG show tonight! I'm so glad he said he wasn't going and that he says it's Cindy's memorial.

No Rose, I don't know about other religions. I know my mom's church wouldve done it, but without the fanfare. I don't know why I have a hinky feeling about this. Why have Caylee's remains at a cheap ass funeral home that looks like it was once a drive through chicken shack? They had their bring back Caylee home prayer fests at the Ants church, why not have a memorial there? Did the preacher man say NO?  IDK I am becomine a cynical monkey and hate myself for it.
