Exactly.
When we had the viewing for my son,the guy in charge said it's public and anyone could attend,and would only be ask to leave if they caused a disturbance.Maybe the Anthony's are special.

How can they ban someone from a Public Memorial?

At a church to boot.... I asked earlier about selling media rights to a Public Service also.. who would the media "buy" the rights from ? Who owns a public service ? I wonder if the church is charging admission to this public service ??

It's all very confusing

Since we are still waiting for a doc dump, I went back and rewatched the last court hearing.  Baez is such a Bozo!  When arguing for the right to all of TES documents, Bozo stated that they didn't know what had been found and they also didn't know what hadn't been found.  Wouldn't those 2 statements together, mean you would have to list everything in the world??  I mean really, I found a trash bag, I didn't find a refrigerator, I found an old tire, I didn't find a new car....you could go on forever listing everything you didn't find.

The public memorial service for slain toddler Caylee Marie Anthony will be Tuesday morning, the Orlando Sentinel just learned.

Brad Conway, the lawyer representing Caylee's grandparents, told the Sentinel the service will be at 10 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Orlando.

The public is invited to this service, but the Anthonys and the church do have the right to refuse entry to certain people, Conway said.
The public will not be allowed to bring cameras or video cameras into the church. Conway said other details will be released in the near future

Well that is just an invitation to invite people to make a scene and the A's get extra sympathy. Wow...Jerry Springer were are you? 

Again....the A"s should just let it be a public memorial and leave it at that instead of a production. I wouldn't waste the gas money to go because it is all for them...not Caylee. All of us on this forum think of Caylee daily and fight  for justice for her. A production as this will not do better than that.

I want to know who will be televising this. And yes Sassycat, I got caught up in all the Anna Nicole Smith hoopla, and Howard K Stern made a bundle, that was a trainwreck and a disgrace, but I didn't miss a minute of it.

HMMMMM,  Baezsvengali is going to have to work, he's going to have to earn his pay for being the 1st hispanic dude blahblahblah etc.   He will need to figure out how to draw attention away from the public memorial of the poor child Caylee, because some folks who don't always hang out in here might be extra sad and thoughtful while viewing the service. All that extra thought and contmplation just might get some people remembering it's her slutty mom who's in jail for the crime.

He's going to have to cause a big hissy fit, beating his breast over how devastasted his poor, misunderstood client is about not being able to attend

Better yet, his magnificent PR team can work their magic like they've done before, and make the public focus on what crooked, coniving idiots they are

It's all very confusing

It just doesn't sound right that they could kick someone out of church! Why would they even want to go there (kicking someone out)? They should hold their heads high, no matter who shows up, and give Caylee the respect she deserves. The A's can't make this memorial service about them and what they want, it should be about Caylee!!

I also wanted to add that Casey all along was thinking to pin it on "Zanny the nanny" that would be why she wouldnt care if Caylee was found with her belongings - she intended to prove her innocence by stating that the nanny had those items in HER possession.

I agree with you, Cappuccino. I never did get why the blanket was such a big deal. She could have given it to the nanny to let her sleep with.
