Gosh, I didnt mean for my post to be funny, I think that is really sad.

I am sorry for hurting your feelings.  I have to tell you, however, my response was honest.

You may not understand where I'm coming from either, but I really did find that story shocking -- truly shocking.  I readily admit I do not understand it, nor do I want to understand it.

Different strokes for different folks, is all.  I do not wish you any ill will.

Thank you everyone for the sites and the info on house colors.  I am going to have to pull the HOA rules of this place as well, just as Sunny suggested.  This neighborhood is more snooty than the one we are currently in........oh my! 
(I honestly did not think that was going to be possible, but apparently it is!  There is a Ja-poodle in here named Baxter and his nanny walks him - no joke!)

After reading Destiny's post here; http://scaredmonkeys.net/index.php?topic=3045.760  There is no way in hell I would have registered at C&G!!!!  I am embarrassed I did!  I feel bad for a couple of friends that I sent there too.  One of them has no idea about any of this - I will warn them.

I remembered sitting here and reading that at the time and I had to force myself to back away from the keyboard.

Dolce I think your house should be painted to reflect the neighborhood too.  My house is off white with a black door and a dark grey roof.  But it sits up hill on a hill with over 100 trees in a very tradential neighborhood with black top winding streets and lots of pink and white Azales.
