Casey loves and misses Caylee everyday. Doesn't want a public memorial but Cindy and George have control, and she can't stop them from having it. She wants a casket and a gravestone for Caylee so she can visit her when she gets out of jail. (when hell freezes over)

"I miss Caylee every day and every minute of every day. I can't be there for Caylee's funeral, but some day I want to go and visit her grave and tell her how much I miss her.

"I love my parents to be in charge of the funeral for Caylee. I told them I wanted her buried in a casket, and I wanted there to be a gravestone so I can go and visit her. I asked them if there could only be a private funeral for just the family. I know they cremated her. I still don't want a public event with cameras and everybody around for Caylee's service, but I can't stop my parents from doing what they want. I truly hope that it will help them."

That's it...I am learning Spanish. I should have done it years ago.
I really get irritated when JB gets a reporter who asks a question, he answers in Spanish and never tells in English what was said.

Anyway..that was interesting. The rumor that she was cremated was around for awhile and no surprise. Of course I think JB came up with this statement when it was ammounced she hadn't asked to see memorial. It was easier to say she was against the memorial than to last minute have her request to see it. She will anyway because he can take his laptop in. I think contradiction is a good word when saying she was cremated and then want a casket and tombstone to go visit her. If soneone is in your heart you don't need to visit the burial place as you have them in your heart and I talk to my loved ones who have passed all the time.... In my mind and thougths.

I got locked out of SM for 15 minutes. If this has notbeen answered yet, here are my notes from Baez's reading of Casey's statement:
1. Casey misses Caylee every day.
2. She cannot be at the funeral, but someday she wants to be able to visit Caylee's grave.
3. She wants Caylee to be buried in a casket and have a gravestone to mark where she is so Casey can visit with her.
4. She knows that Caylee's remains have been cremated.
5. She does not want a public funeral, but understands that her parents need to do what they need to do in order to grieve.
6. Casey thinks it is a private and personal matter. (the funeral.)
7. Jose will not attend tomorrow, but would attend a privat "event."
8. Jose says Casey loves her family very, very much.

Pretty much sums it up.

Got kicked out of the cage in the middle of JB's KC statement, then I missed just about all of the media questions. Why does he feel the need to read it in spanish too? Is this a common thing to do? I don't always remember him doing this, maybe he thinks Zanny is watching? She spoke english to though, so I guess it wouldn't matter.

In response to Cindy's obituary for Caylee, I entitled this one "How Dare She?!!!".

Paragraph 3  For those who fell in love with Caylee Marie on national TV, their grief is only temporary, their hearts will soon mend, and their memory of her may eventually fade. But for those who actually had the honor to meet Caylee Marie, it will be much more difficult for them to say goodbye, and their hearts may never heal.  How dare she?!!! Who died and made her God that she knows the hearts, minds, and future thoughts of any man, woman, or child?  At least we were grieved when we first heard the child was missing.  We didn't pick a smelling-like-dead-body-with-an-empty-car seat car and go back to work (not calling the police to maybe, possibly even consider filing a missing persons report for our daughter and beloved TWO-YEAR-OLD).  We weren't the ones who removed items from car and washed them before LE got there and mentioned it in passing much later.  We didn't give Le the wrong brush on purpose.  No, not us.  We worried, checked every child we came across under 3-yrs-old, grieved, cried, prayed, lost countless hours of sleep over the course of the past 5 months, gave up our free time to research, gave up our days/weeks/weekends off to walk the fields/woods/swamps and dive the ponds/rivers for Caylee (which is far more than you ever did Cindy-you never even went next door looking for her), and invested our time/money/hearts freely and willingly to find this child.  Our children freely gave their birthday money, savings money, Christmas money to find your granddaughter.  Early in the case, our children made posters and put them up in their neighborhoods.  We were sickened with every new DNA find, angered with every lying press conference.  We were grieved and physically sickened with the discovery of Caylee's remains.  How dare you Cindy Anthony?!!!

Paragraph 7: The family is requesting that those with only the purest of hearts and truly honorable intentions attend the service for their beloved child. This service will be a tribute to her life and a time for her family and friends to finally be together to openly express and share their love for her.  That automatically excludes Cindy and George for their well-publicized rants, bold-faced lies and George shoving protesters, as well as Lee, for ripping up a lady's sign and pouring her poor dog's water out and tearing up Caylee's first memorial.

Paragraph 11  Caylee’s life may have been short-lived on this earth, but her life will not have ended without a purpose. She will be sadly missed but never forgotten. Caylee Marie Anthony now has her angel wings and will be watching over so many other children.  Caylee's life did not end, it was snatched from her!  Caylee's life had a purpose and a plan and being murdered as a two-year-old so she could be a poster child for missing children was NOT it (John 10:10 Jesus speaking "I have come that they may have life and have it to the full.").  She's so sadly missed that you, Cindy, have time to make a list and tell us who is and is not worthy of grieving her- oh, please!  Caylee does not have angel wings and is busy playing in Heaven with her friend Jesus and meeting lots of new friends.  She has a body that will never be sick or have it's life wrenched away again.  I absolutely (sarcasm intended) hate the ideology seemingly implied here that somehow Caylee has earned her wings.

You could not have said this any better in my opinion.  If I were as gifted with words of Wisdom, I would have been able to put my feelings down just as ably as you have.  I will say though, my words would have looked exactly the same as your Words.  Thank you for touching my Heart.

I guess for once I was correct.....Caylee already cremated. I figured that's what put George over the edge.

I honestly have nothing against cremation,my dad was cremated......but it saddens me that Caylee's remains were already reduced to only bones......and now ashes.

Here's what I got...Casey wants a casket even though Caylee's been cremated and she wanted a private family service. Her parents are doing what they want to do with the public memorial and she hopes that brings them closure.  My interpretation only....  Then good old JB went on to repeat the message in Spanish.

They say that they're conducting their own independent investigation of the Anthony case with the help of their tipline and they claim that  an unnamed tipster/source, who is a former employyee of Sterling Casino Cruise Lines, confirms that he saw KC and Lee Anthony  with the meter reader, Kronk (aka Mr. PP - heh) together on a casino ship in 2007.

The tipster says that the can place KC, Lee, and Kronk sitting and talking at the same gambling table.  He further states that he heard KC mention getting a tattoo on her back and he heard someone mention the name Zaneida. The tipster supposedly has or is giving his statemtent to LE.

I think it was kind of a stupid thing to say you were against the public memorial because the grandparents hold some the cards on information on Casey. I think JB acted before he thought on this and I think it would have been better to leave it with no statement from Casey.

When asked in Spanish if Casey would watch the memorial Baez said no because she didn't want this to be a public memorial for Caylee she felt it should be private. It will not surprise Baez if she does not watch the memorial tomorrow.
