Looks like Cindy had a matching jacket to KC's she wore for her last court hearing......they might consider buying a few new things in a different color......a shade other than duct-tape grey.....JMO

I thought Lee looked angry most of the time.
Cindy did not cry.  At least I didn't see a tear shed.
George was a wreck.  He wants to keep his family together he says.  Cindy rules, mo.
George knows, mo.

Cindy was on stage...she's a crummy actress.

I noticed in the video of Caylee with the song Gone To Soon, there were very few pics. Guess they have sold the rest.

I had the same thought darla.......
I'm wondering who "owns" pics of Caylee, or how they decide that?  Cindy was saying early on that the pics belonged to her and was threatening to sue people who used them ... and even sold some to media ... Now Casey is supposedly shopping some for a defense fund ...

Does Casey own the rights because Caylee was her daughter?  Does it depend on who took the picture or who's camera it's on?  Who bought the film?  (how do you prove any of those?)

Perhaps someone (Baez) told Casey that as Caylee's mother, legally she owns all pics of Caylee? ... and she got to decide what would be used at the memorial?  Just a wondering monkey ~

I don't know but if you have your childs picture taken professionally, or even school pictures. The photographer or studio owns the images. You don't even have the legal right to copy the photo (even though people find ways to do that) unless you buy the negatives (or digital file). As far as the family though, I would think who ever owns the camera/film/memory card, owns the photo's that were taken with that camera. I'm not a copywrite lawyer, or any kind of lawyer, but I think that's right. Don't hold me to it though!!!

Not taking Cindy's side, but if she is on depression meds she will find it hard to cry. It kinda flatlines your emotions.

Does anyne know who the man was that was sitting behind Lee and beside Cindy's Mom? Cindy's Mom was the only one I felt sorry for.And the pastors talked about Mallory as more family than the great grandparents.

I think if you take the photo with your camera you own the image, unless you are a prof. photog. then your employer owns the image.

To me, LA just seemed kind of cold and impersonal. He did show emotion, but I'm not sure what or who the emotion was for, or even what kind of emotion he was displaying. I think the CMA, and they way he was saying it-almost angrily-was just really ODD.

Well with this bunch of whackadoodles I can see the pics turning into a knock down drag out court fight ... you know, not because they hold memories ... because they are worth $ ...

2)Was brother Rick there?
3)How many people were there?
4)Could you see Mallory...is she pregnant?
5)Did Cindy ever cry?

Bunch of screen shots at the link in my signature.  Maybe you can find the people.

2. did not see rick
3. 1100 is guestimated
4.  you could see mallory and she did not look to be prego
5. cindy did not ever show that she was weaping.

Odd too that Cindy said she wished she could wrap her arms around Casey.  I know she could not do that in a jail visit, but I think it's odd she has not visited her daughter unless Baez or Casey forbids it.

That's true. She might be so upset, she is numb. As you say, flatlined.

Yes SS it's going to be

I watch this gal from time to time on Youtube she makes vid's her opinions on Casey Anthony and ...etc. Her name is Albatross234
She put this video up yesterday - her opinion of what people will find at the Memorial today.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8OUUGB3NDsU

Her description of the vid below:
Hours before the Memorial Service, it was disclosed that Caylee had been cremated 2-3 weeks ago. Cindy was not the discloser. She was obviously keeping the cremation a secret from the public until after the service, and perhaps forever. In the meantime her atty was making all sorts of excuses.
In the document dated in October,
Officer listed are:
Cindy Anthony, Pres.
George Anthony V. President
Lee Anthony, V. President
(Lee's girlfriend,s mother) Treas.

My memory is that they are not allowed to accept any donations until they have a 501 approval, 3 months after filing/registering, which coincidentally seems to be about now..
----------------
Hmmm

Now we now the reason for the delay in memorial.  I hope Red, Klaas or Blink does a front page piece.
I checked on the IRS site and it doesn't appear that the 501 (c) 3 has been applied for.  Also, the Florida entity filing is still missing its employer identification number.
