It seems these kids can't do anything unless they have a lot of cash in their hand.  I think that is one of the reasons the Kalpoes were friends with Koen and Joran (they had the cash).

Good morning monkeys!  

An interesting thing I saw:

My son was watching - I think the name of the show is "Meet the Hogan's" -(Hulk Hogan's family) Another one of those reality shows - not really sure what channel it is on - but I digress.

In this episode, the family is vacationing in Key West. The family consists of Hulk, His wife, Daughter Brooke - I think she is 17-18, and son Nick - I think he is 15... The kids go off together to shop etc.  anyhow, Brooke wants to shop, son doesn't so he lets Brooke go off alone.  Hulk is a very protective parent.  The kids were to check in with him every hour.  Long story short, Hulk can't get the kids on their cells.  Son shows up, but Hulk still can't get ahold of his Daughter.  After several hours, she finally shows.  

The show goes on to show them talking - Hulk tells her how dangerous it is to go off alone, he was extremely worried about her, and he told her that with "What happened to that girl in Aruba" that he couldn't live knowing something may happen to her.

Even though he didn't name Natalee, at least it was brought up on TV and by a celebrity.

Natalee is STILL on alot of Americans (and Parents) minds.

Thanks for sharing that, I can't remember which of my kids made me watch that show with Hulk and family but I was surprised by it. He put a GPS tracking system in son's vehicle to keep up with him?   You go Hulk! I used to hide the car keys every night in a different place for I knew my two lived too far away from the wild side so they would have to drive to sneak out very far?

My biggest fear currently is that Holland has decided the worst is over, that they feel hey we suffered through the loss of tourism over this, so we'll just ride this out and eventually it will go away and be forgotten.

The investigators in relation to the case of Natalee are unsure if this case will ever see the light of day or if the investigation will continue, this recent statement by the holland govenor about the dissapearance of the American.  There doesnt seem to be any( ? )hope in this case.  my note : unsure of this phrase or its meaning when translated.

The case remains open but lacks points or clarity after 13 months about what happened to Natalee. This since the begining of the case over 1 yr ago.

Everything about this case remains unclear despite the fact that there have been various detencions, interregations, searches, even to the point of special F16 jets flying and searching the island, and the atlantic ocean in order to assist aruba in this investigation.

Many special searches done by Americans apart from ours failed to find anydead body in the search for Natalee Holloway.

Segun DIARIO tin entendi cu documentonan cual a worde compila aparentemente tanto di FBI y expertonan local fuera un team special di Recherche cu ayuda den interogacion lo worde studia pa e expertonan Hulandes.

As far as per the Diario newspaper reports that have stated they have compiled documents from the FBI and other local and other teams specialising in the recovery were handed to the Holland investigators for review.

En corto esaki ta nifica cu e investigacion ta continua den tur secrecia y no ta exclui dentro di poco lo por tin mas informe relaciona cu e caso di desaparicion misterioso di Natalee Holloway.
 
In short this serves to notify all that the investigation continues in secrecy and is not exclusive to those who have more information regarding the mysterious dissapearance in the case of Natalee Holloway.
   


my comments this was posted in todays Dario.  I think they could do a heck of a better job with the info they have and with info that is out there.  sounds like another ploy to placate us and let more time slip by.  also Who is the others having more info on this case that we are not exclusive to, and why do they continue to seek info in secrecy.  They had Joran and Freddy on the island for 1 or 2 weeks and now its back to buissness as usual.  I dont believe the investigators are going to find anything Aruba does not want us to know, they just dont want thier tourism from other countrys to suffer as it has from the USA.

my comments this was posted in todays Dario.  I think they could do a heck of a better job with the info they have and with info that is out there.  sounds like another ploy to placate us and let more time slip by.  also Who is the others having more info on this case that we are not exclusive to, and why do they continue to seek info in secrecy.  They had Joran and Freddy on the island for 1 or 2 weeks and now its back to buissness as usual.  I dont believe the investigators are going to find anything Aruba does not want us to know, they just dont want thier tourism from other countrys to suffer as it has from the USA.

Thank you Sandy.  I agree this was just another ploy by Aruba.  My gut feeling always told me nothing would come of this.  Shame on them they deserve what they are getting.  They want it to go away and it's not.

just another bunch of crap.  So predictable.  Its time to sue everyone involved.

At this point it seems Holland and the Netherlands have given Aruba their full approval and support of the cover-up.  Aruba is off the hook in the eyes of the Dutch.  Looks like its time to kick the boycott up a notch and avoid everything Dutch.  Its amazing that these people are willing to take such losses to avoid admitting they F'ed up.

Its sad but I do believe that Aruba and Holland only think when there is a monetary incentive involved..  So the only tool we have is a boycott and to continue that..  At least those with common sense will not go to Aruba thinking its safe and if something happens then "A word to the wise should be sufficient"..  I guess the guns that this special investigator wasn't all that big???
