There could be several reasons for the house they are staying in being in someone else's name. Staying there until a deal is closed for the G. House. A relative, while they look. The owner doesn't live in two places, maybe one was a rental property.
Grande saying that there was no business owned by the other person,
maybe older lady... widow ?  
Didn't Klaasend post the name of the business liscense for Alex's usiness ? In Aruba where a there was a partner ? What was his name ?
