Regarding Steve Croes...

I understand Steve is now working at the Wyndham now known as the Aruba Resort and Day Spa as a sound tech for the Cuban dance show.  Apparently he was working back on the tattoo as a freelance DJ until appx. June of this year.  

The speculation regarding Steve witnessing a confrontation on the beach between J2K and Natalee is just that, speculation.  According to Steve he NEVER made this statement.  

Beyond that I have nothing further to add, and my source has requested to remain anonymous.

Regarding the September 3rd assault at Cafe Bahia...

The bouncer has been released from custody.

I doubt this is the case, but what if they are in the US because they are speaking with the FBI?  I doubt that's the reason, just something that crossed my mind.

I think if they were talking to the FBI, they would have been instructed in how to maintain a low profile, etc. and if in the witness protection program would have been placed in a more remote area.  In any event its not safe for a kid to be running around with $1400 in hand and on school property.  Someone needs to explain that to him at least.

But I am sure they are here legally and nothing to be done about that.  I just don't understand why they would move here after Natalee's disappearance.  Strange world in which we live.
