OSpainter - what is your gut feeling in this case?

Also, I'm thinking of moving this to the high profile forum.  I may wait a day to see if she is found but I just have a feeling on this.  What do you think?  High profile up by Caylee?

Hi Klaas~I know you didn't ask me, but I thought the dad's statement on tv was odd, in a Susan Smith way. I remember her begging for her babies to be found and never believing for one second that she didn't know wher they were. Don't know why, and I may be way off base here, but there is something just not right.....felt the same was about Scott Peterson too......

I just don't know yet.

I guess I think the GF is somehow involved either directly or indirectly. I hate to even say that..

Sheriff mentioned the polys, I hope father and gf both have taken one. We just don't know.

We know from past experience it can happen that someone comes in a house and removes a child. i.e. Jessie and Danielle.

I did see on CNNHL that the LE has removed 1/2 of the resources so that tells me they have ruled out a lot in the immediate area.

So imo they either feel she is abducted and no longer in the area OR someone in the residence is involved in her disappearance.

There is an update coming up on CNNHL news at 7 est.

Yes moving it might help get some research and discussion going.

Since we have alot of Floridians with the Caylee case I do think this would benefit being moved up to the high profile area with Caylee as well.

I'll be moving it momentarily and I'll leave a re-direct here for a while.

There are tons of inconsistancies in this story. Her age, what she was wearing. WHO went to the bathroom the girlfriend or Haleigh? What time did dad come home..3. 330, 345? If Haleigh got up to go to the bathroom around the same time her dad came home why did they not hear anything? If the girlfriend left to use the restroom wouldn't that be pretty ballsy of someone with that limited amount of time to dodge off with a girl? If GF used the bathroom is not as if she'd be in there forever...how many peeps wake up to take a cr@p in the middle of the night? How many kids wake up to go pee.... especially those afraid of the dark??? I watched the video...the dad did make my hinky meter go off....his bravado about killing whoever took her. I wonder if dads work log can be verified? What time did he actually come home and how much time until 911 was called? The gf is in on this too.... it's too bad the two year old can't talk

I feel a little better about the father seeing him again on NG.  Glad to hear he passed a poly and the girlfriend too.  Girlfriend is only 17 so I can imagine this is really hard on her too.

Kpg - I agree.  They knew the father was at work and the kids were being watched by the 17yr old girlfriend.

 I am still skeptical, people can practice and pass lie detectors. I just fear this couple took a look at the Caylee case and decided what NOT to do and what TO do to make some easy money.
