Speaking with Fox News, Putnam County Sheriff's Office Capt. Steve Rose confirmed reports that there have been prior problems with Cummings, Croslin, and the children. He refused to elaborate on what the problems were, saying only, "There have been some investigations done through the Department of Children and Families," Rose said.

I don't think the age difference is that strange, but MO.  And maybe they all slept together till the dad got home cause she was afraid of the dark or just until they got to sleep than gf fell asleep herself.

If my 17 yo daughter was living with a 25 yo man I'd be VERY CONCERNED....MO

I would now too, but when I was 16,17,18 I was always w/old men (as my gf's called them) and my parents were concerned!?! But it did in fact happen and unfortunatly still does.  And maybe her parents did not know the extent of the relationship hence her running back to them and w/them since.

This is also the first time I have watched the other video. My heart hurts for him. He may not be perfect,w e may find that he has had trouble, but he loves his girl. Poor man.

Sheffield, who has custody of Haleigh and her younger brother every other weekend, was at her home in Baker County at the time of Haleigh's disappearance.

The Nancy Grace show airs at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. EST on HLN, CNN's sister network.

I agree here, strange is right. I just don't know what to think yet in this case though.
I hope that she is alive somewhere, but the more time that passes the more the odds are against that happening. Sad.

I dont really have an issue with the age difference as much as I do with the responsibilities he left her with.(or she chose to take on).  either way, as a parent, I would have an issue with that.

A very poor situation for the children all the way around.  Apparently the dad was able to get custody because of the bio-mom's drug use, yet he moved a young girl into his home that he's apparently put into the role of being their stepmother.

I have faith Casey is going down, no way she can't.  They will not release the good evidence until the trial, I think.

I hate it that they cut that video of the girlfriend Misty just when the questions were getting good.  They were just asking about the kitchen light if she left it on and than boom stop tape! bummer.
