Has anyone heard anything about the visit to the home of Misty by her brother and 2 nephews? I wonder if he has taken a lie detector test yet, also I think an air conditioner repair man visited that day too. Did anyone see Haleigh other than family after school when dad picked her up ? I can't find much info LE are withholding a lot of information it seems.

The thing that concerns me most about it is that someone was able to walk into the trailer, stop by the kitchen put the light on, enter the bedroom where 3 people were sleeping pick up the little girl without her making any noise and then leave without being heard or seen. This doesn't make any sense.

No, I must have missed that but I've been pretty busy.  I'd like to know more about them if true as well.

IIRC~Doesn't dad mother work in sheriff's office?? Makes you wonder why he got a slap on the wrist for the highlighted portions, also I will have to find the charges that show RX medication w/o prescription. NOT a model parent by any stretch of the imagination, and the fact he calls the woman in charge of his children a dumb f3cking biatch is even worse, if he thinks that of her why in h@ll would he leave her in charge of 2 innocent babies

Why Haleigh was afraid of the water....
snipped:

The motion says "During or about the month of July 2005, Ronald failed to keep control of the toddler Haleigh while she was in his care, and allowed her to wander off. The child was found and rescued by the mother, floating face down in the canal behind the house. The mother rescued and revived the child."

Yet it seems that this did not get 'reported', Haleigh not taken to the ER, police not involved, and bio mom didn't seem to try to regain custody *because* of this... back then.  Of course, reports of all this may surface, but at this time it seems no one can find anything on any of this.

Had it been me, you can betcha I'd have been in the judges face with this info the very next working day.

NOLLE PROSEQUI means that the state decided not to prosecute. Usually it means that there was not enough evidence to make the case - it does not mean that the event did not occur just that there is not enough proof to convictt.

I understand that...I was just curious if dad's mom does work/worked for the sheriff's office and if she did how that might play into no prosecution??

A lot of "he said she said" with this case.  What about a united front in efforts to finding your daughter, save the bickering and backstabbing for the judge once she is found.

According to my research and who's who list I am putting together, Teresa Ann Never, 48, grandmother, Ronald's mother works for the Alachua County as a SO Dispatcher.

Not sure that this would have any bearing on any charges he has had.

Does anyone know if there is a 4 PM press conference scheduled for today?

I agree that he does have a very questionable past.  The drug incidents though are from nearly 6 years ago, not saying that he has completely changed, but I do believe that people can.  If he is a crane operator there is no way he is working LEGALY while under the influence.  Those that operate heavy machinery are drug tested often, now what types of drug testing is done (blood or urine) I am not sure of as it depends on the employer and circustances that OSHA puts them under.

I am getting the weird vibes from the girlfriend, but it could just be her lack of maturity showing through on camera, she is just a baby herself.  (Now that is questionable!)

I'm not saying the dad had anything to do with this, just looks like he has issues, even now he seems to have anger issues and seems to be controlling IMO. Also, my dad works for a major steel company and they use cranes to move the steel~while they are randomly drug tested, they have been using something (maybe niacin, can't remember offhand) to throw off the test. They actually witnessed one of their crane operators smoking pot at the mill and he was fired on the spot.

The gf is where my suspicions are, especially after I heard she had company and her inconsisitent stories. Both look like druggies to me, mainly because they remind me of my brother and I see alot of the same mannerisms, attitudes, and odd behavoir in both of them. It's really sad because it seems all involved including bio mom act odd, almost disconnected.

Was not disagreeing with you at all, just adding a tidbit.  All 3 of them look like possible potheads, but that is just my opinion.

They sure let folks off easy down there.  Youd not get off so freely on drug charges here or the hunting violations.

Dolce, my husband and his brothers use to own and operate a construction company. The habitual users have MANY ways to pass the random drug tests. They take certain herbs, there is stuff they buy to cleanse their system, and also they can send off and buy a vial of "clean"urine ....it is guaranteed to pass a drug test. They just carry it with them and voila!
So, I dont put much stock in those drug tests... JMO

I agree with you about the girlfriend!

It's in this thread, I think I posted it around 12-1am after I woke up from my bushwhacker hangover..........I'll go look for it. I remember it stating that Haleigh was the one who got up - but, I was still slightly intoxicated so I wanted to see it posted again. BRB
