No answer about child abuse in that house, "investigating but holding extremely close to us"

LE not privy to information Misty gave to media that she found a pink shirt in the house

Something about him being out of his area, but that has been since Haleigh went missing. The night she disappeared he was in his area.

They said a car was seized and is being "processed".

What someone said a bit ago about DCF stepping in - Hell, Yes.  Hearing about another child by another girl put me over the edge, this is rediculous.  Sleeping on mattresses on the floor and still think it's ok to keep bring babies into the world.  Damn, this attitude just fries my azz. 

The vehicle was seized some time ago:
Florida Department of Law Enforcement special Agent Dominick Pape said his department seized one vehicle for evidence, but wouldn't elaborate except to say it was taken early in the investigation. "It was processed for evidence, but we're not going to get into that, but it was processed by FDLE," says Detective Dominick Pape with FDLE.

Today's presser said that:
1. Timothy LuCacus(sp?) was arrested, no connection to the case. (?)
2. He lives near the Cummings' residence.
3. They do not believe he had anything to do with the Haleigh case.

Did I miss anything?

I was just going to comment on the kitty too.. I had to look closely the first time I seen that one to see what it was REALLY doing.

   These cases are making me perptetually pizzed off, today they are have set up a BOA accountfor funds, and are asking for donations for t-shirts and buttons...........I am losing my patience with these nitwits Did anyone else see his press interview today? He admits he MIGHT have another kid, hello-keep em zipped and you might cut down on your re-populating .......Grrrrrrrrr

Dad To Haleigh: 'We Will Find You'
Father's Girlfriend Being Questioned Again; Reward Increased To $16,000

PALATKA, Fla. -- Ten days after 5-year-old Haleigh Cummings disappeared from her mobile home, an obviously fatigued father faced the news media Wednesday, thanking all who have helped searched for the kindergartener, the media for spreading the word and to law enforcement for their tireless efforts to find the girl.

Ronald Cummings also said he doesn't suspect his 17-year-old girlfriend did anything wrong the night Haleigh disappeared.

"I don't have any suspicions of anybody," Cummings said. "Obviously, if I knew what was going on, I would have my daughter."

Cummings became defensive when asked questions about his background, reports that he had a fight with a cousin over a gun, and other events in the days before Haleigh disappeared.

"It's about my daughter gone missing, not what's going on in my life," Cummings said. "People say a lot of things and they don't know what they're talking about."

Haleigh's father, Ronald Cummings, and paternal grandmother, Teresa Neves, talk to the media.
 
Haleigh's paternal grandmother, Teresa Neves, said Putnam County detectives told them they have several good leads, but referred all questions about the investigation to the officials.

Cummings ended the 10-minute briefing with a message for his daughter:

"I would like to tell my daughter, if she's watching, baby, I love you and we will find you," Cummings said. "I love you."

Neves' message was to whomever took Haleigh:

"Why don't you have a heart and bring her home?" Neves said.

Last night durring Dana's show I asked Red about it and Red said that he was pretty certain Tim was in Houston and not Florida.  I believe Dana may have been mistaken.
