Safe in jail right now, not when she is convicted. I hope there is no DP, I want her in GP for all the "girls" to get a hold of her. That is what I want. JMO JSM

i must preface this with I AM NOT AGAINST the death penalty...

that being said.. i think the DP would be more of a punishment to cindy , george, and lee....

Safe in jail right now, not when she is convicted. I hope there is no DP, I want her in GP for all the "girls" to get a hold of her. That is what I want. JMO JSM

I'm voting for the DP. The way I figure, she will have years and years in jail for Bertha to have her wicked way with KC. Plenty enough time for the money and attention to dry up. Plenty of time for her family to loose interest in her and go on with what is left of their lives. Then the BIG DAY comes and she'll be in the spot light one more time, to fry in front of people.

[color=green]Always, I'm thinking life w/out parole.  I think alleged perp is a totally "effed" up, but she's no longer a danger to the only one who counted on her. 

Of course, those pesky 1,000 pages of discovery might well turn me into a supporter of DP in this case, but first I've gotta read 'em.

Hey Kim. I have a problem with the DP. Although it is against my religion and beliefs, I have no problem with it. But I truly want her to suffer her entire life in prison until her death. KC is one person I truly don't want the DP. JMO JSM

They rarely execute women. I think that Eileen Wournos or whatever her name was was the last they did. KC will live happy in her own little cell on death row. I want her out in with the other prisoners, not where she is by herself the total amount of time. I HATE KC ANTHONY.
